Habe den Rechner im abgesicherten Modus gestartet, damit die Antivirensoftware nicht läuft und anschließend den OTL-Fix gemäß Vorgabe durchgeführt. Interessanterweise wurden zahlreiche Registry-Einträge nicht gefunden. Da Du Dir die nicht "ausgedacht" hast, schon verwunderlich. Aber sieh selbst:
