Hallo liebes Forum,

ich habe folgendes Problem: Auf meinen Rechner ( Windows 7, 64-Bit) habe ich mir den Trojaner: Windows Security Alert eingefangen.
Leider ist es mir nicht möglich, die von Ihnen gewünschten "Logfiles" anzuhängen, da ich mit meinem Rechner nicht mehr ins Internet komme.
Der Trojaner öffnet die Fehlermeldung: " Das System hat ein Problem mit einem oder mehreren installierten IDE / SATA-Festplatten erkannt. Es wird empfohlen, das System neu zu starten." Eine weitere Meldung: "Kritische Fehler. Beschädigte Festplatte-Cluster gefunden. Private Daten sind in Gefahr."
Meine ganzen Desktop Symbole sind verschwunden, dass einzige das zurzeit funktioniert ist msn. Da dieser Messenger automatisch bei mir mitstartet kann ich mich dort noch einloggen.
Es tut mir leid, falls ich mich etwas dümmer anstelle - bin ziehmlich Ahnungslos was so etwas angeht.

Meine Fragen Wie kann ich Ihnen nun diie gewünschten Dateien zukommen lassen, damit Sie mir behilflich sein können?

starte den pc mal in den abgesicherten modus mit netzwerk, bei pc start meist mit f8 zu erreichen.
dann, führe otl aus.
und poste die logs.
falls du schon Malwarebytes genutzt hast, öffne das programm, malwarebytes, logdateien, scan log posten.
falls nicht, warte damit erst mal.

Ich habe den Rechner jetzt im abgesicherten Modus gestartet und nun soll ich otl ausführen? Was ist das und wie mach ich das?

Soll ich dir das Resultat einfach hier rein Kopieren? Oder die Datei im Anhang hochladen?

Ich bekomm einen Anfall. Gerade war er fertig mit Scannen und dann ist der Rechner ausgegangen und alles wieder von vorne jetzt. Kann also nochmal 10min dauern. Sry
