Hilfe =)
Mein Laptop erkennt meine Festplatte nicht mehr richtig. Es wird angezeigt, dass sämtliche Ordner auf meiner externen Festplatte leer seien und wenn ich versuche einen Ordner zu öffnen kommt ein Fenster, dass die "neigaox.exe" verschoben bzw. verändert worden sei und es wird gleichzeitig gefragt, ob ich diese entfernen möchte. In den Eigenschaften meiner Externen, wird das enthaltene Datenvolumen allerdings korrekt angezeigt. Zusätzlich erhalte ich jetzt immer den Hinweis von Avira, dass die autorun.inf blockiert werde.
Nach einem Virenscan erhielt ich folgendes Ergebnis
"Die Datei 'F:\neigao.exe' enthielt einen Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'TR/Dropper.Gen' [trojan].
Durchgeführte Aktion(en):
Die Datei wurde ins Quarantäneverzeichnis unter dem Namen '4a900eb9.qua' verschoben!"
Joa,... das soweit zum aktuellen Stand. Ich hab die Datei in Quarantäne mitlerweile gelöscht und finde bei Suchläufen nichts mehr.
Wie kann ich meine externe Festplatte wieder retten?
Was muss ich noch posten bzw. an Programmen durchlaufen lassen, damit mir geholfen werden kann?

Würde mich riesig über eine Lösung freuen!

Tipparchiv - Autorun/Autoplay gezielt für Laufwerkstypen oder -buchstaben abschalten - WinTotal.de
usb sticks, festplatten etc, sollte man mit panda vaccine impfen:
ANTIMALWARE: Panda USB Vaccine - Download FREE - PANDA SECURITY
so holt man sich keine infektionen ins haus, wenn man mal die festplatte etc verleit.
hake an:
run panda usb vaccine automatically when computer boots
automatically vaccine any new insert usb key
enable ntfs file suport


wenn du das erledigt hast,
schließe das betroffene externe laufwerk an. dann scanne mit malwarebytes:
download malwarebytes:
Malwarebytes
instalieren, öffnen, registerkarte aktualisierung, programm updaten.
schalte alle laufenden programme ab, trenne die internetverbindung.
registerkarte scanner, komplett scan, funde entfernen, log posten.

Also habe soweit jetzt alles erledigt, den laptop und die platte "geimpft" und anschließend alles mit malware durchsucht. komischer weise wurde allerdings ncihts gefunden, obwohl der inhalt der externen festplatte immer noch nicht angezeigt wird.

Ich bin jetzt leider schon wieder zu meinem Studentenheim gefahren und hab hier leider kein Internet an meinem Laptop -.-
Deswegen kann ich leider erst nächsten Freitag Zuhause weiter machen.

Dein Link hat funktioniert. Ich sehe die Dateien jetzt wieder. Aber wie bekomme ich denn jetzt die normalen Ansichten wieder? sodass die angezeigten leeren Ordner weg sind und so? Aber dadurch ist der Virus bzw. Trojaner doch noch nicht weg oder?!

welche leeren ordner meinst du zb?
du könntest alle wichtigen daten von der platte auf den pc ziehen falls du genug platz hast, die platte dann formatieren und die daten zurück kopieren.

es wurden ja jetzt quasi durch den link die vom trojaner versteckten dateien sichtbar gemacht, wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe. Daher werden die vollen Ordner und Dateien als blasseres Symbol dargestellt und die vom Trojaner leeren erstellten Ordner angezeigt. Ich wollte nur wissen, ob ich das noch iwie ändern kann. Und die wichtigste Frage, ob dadurch mein Laptop samt externer Platte jetzt schon Virenfrei ist oder ob da noch was gemacht werden muss.

na du kannst die ordner löschen.
oder du kopierst alles was du brauchst von der externen platte und formatierst die einfach.
das wäre das sicherste. der laptop ist sauber.

ok, dann werd ich mir iwie platz schaffen müssen. aber was mich auf der anderen seite noch stört, ist das auf meinem laptop ja auch sämtliche versteckte dateien angezeigt werden. kann ich das nicht irgendwie wieder umstellen? das finde ich total verwirrend.

es ist aber eigendlich ganz gut so falls mal eine malware etwas mit dem atribut versteckt ins system bringen will, klappt das dann nicht.
was ist denn darann verwirrend, so viele versteckte dateien hat man doch eigendlich nicht in seinen privaten ordnern und durch den windows ordner wirst du ja nicht so oft browsen denke ich.

Zum Thema autorun.inf blockiert, TR/Dropper.Gen gefunden - Hilfe =) Mein Laptop erkennt meine Festplatte nicht mehr richtig.
