Hallo an alle,

ich habe ein Riesen-Problem auf meinem Netbook (ASUS EEE PC 1005PE):
Gestern hat mir AntiVir angezeigt, dass BOO/TDSS.a sich in den Bootsektoren befindet. Wurde gleich dreimal gefunden, allerdings keine näheren Informationen dazu und AntiVir konnte auch nichts ändern.
Jetzt bin ich etwas verzweifelt, habe keine Ahnung was ich tun soll. Habe schon total viel gegoogelt und hier gelesen, aber keine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden. Ich hätte ja gerne schon formatiert und Windows (7 Starter) wieder neu installiert, aber ich weiß nicht wie das gehen soll, da ich kein externes DVD-Laufwerk habe und ohnehin von ASUS keine Recovery-DVD mitgeliefert bekommen habe. Es ist scheinbar eine Recovery Partition vorhanden, weiß aber nicht wo. Ich hab auch schon versucht beim Booten mit F9 in diesen "Recovery Modus" zu kommen (hab auch vorher Boot Booster im BIOS ausgeschaltet, wie angegeben), aber es funktioniert nicht, er findet kein "image" oder so.
Hatte seitdem auch schon einen Bluescreen und der PC wurde ausgeschaltet.
Ich bin gerade sehr hilflos und wende mich deshalb an euch.... möchte mein Netbook wieder sauber haben.

Hallo und

Bitte routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten.
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!

Danach OTL:

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop

• Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
• Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
• Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
• Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
• Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
• Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt
• Poste die Logfiles hier in den Thread.

Da ist mir mit Laufwerk E: noch mein USB-Stick mit reingerutscht, den ich noch drin hatte.

Deinstallier erstmal ZoneAlarm. Das Teil ist kontraproduktiv. Verwende die Windows-Firewall.

Ok, ZoneAlarm ist deinstalliert. Würdest mir generell für die Zukunft davon abraten?

(Versuch übrigens von Anfang an mein Netbook irgendwie mit der Recovery Partition auf den Ausgangszustand zu formatieren....funktioniert aber irgendwie nicht.)

ComboFix

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Ok, der CCCleaner lief ohne Probleme, nach der zweiten Wiederholung in der Registry ist dann dort auch kein Fehler mehr aufgetaucht (er hat dabei jeweils eine *.reg-Datei angelegt, hab sie auf dem Desktop)

Bei dem anschließenden Ausführen von cofi.exe kommt allerdings bisher immer (habs 3 mal probiert) BlueScreen, dass (auf englisch) irgendein schwerer Ausnahmefehler entdeckt wurde und Windows beendet wird, bevor schlimmeres passiert oder so. Dann fährt er wieder hoch.

Ach ja und nach dem Hochfahren öffnet sich jedesmal ein Fenster (in DOS-Art), mit dem Fenstertitel "C:\Users\Sebastian\AppData\Local\Temp\cpes_clean_launcher.exe".
(Und die Benutzerkontensteuerung von Windows 7 fragt mich dann ob ich es zulassen möchte, dass das Programm Änderungen an diesem Computer vornimmt. Hab bisher auf Nein geklickt sicherheitshalber, weil ich nicht weiß was das jetzt ist!?)

Führst du die cofi.exe auch per Rechtsklick als Admin aus?

Hab jetzt nochmal mit rechter Maustaste draufgeklickt --> Eigenschaften --> Kompatibilität --> Als Administrator ausführen angehakt. Das gleiche bei direkt Rechte Maustaste --> Als Administrator ausführen
Leider kam aber wieder der Bluescreen und Win7 ist neu hochgefahren.
Der Bluescreen sagt irgendwas wie "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL".

cofi.exe neu runterladen und nochmal probieren.
