heute habe mal nicht ich, sondern meine Schwester das Problem

Sie hat sich (ich hoffe ich sag nichts falsches) eine SPyware eingefangen.


wenn ich den pc hochfahre kommt unten aus der task leiste die meldung "windows security alert".
in diesem fenster steht: windows reports that computer is infected. antivirus software helps to protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. click here for the scan your computer. your system might be at risk now.

zusätzlich kommt dann noch ein fenster in der mitte des bildschirms mit: "antivirus software alert".
dort steht dann: ATTENTION ! SPYWARE ALERT !
vulnerabilities found.
your computer is infected by spyware - 34 serious threats have been found while scanning your files and registry. it is strongly recommended that you disinfect your computer and activate realtime secure protection against future intusions.

zur auswahl >>> "activate your antivirus software" oder " stay unprotected"


dann kommt noch ein kleines fenster mit "security warning" in der mitte.
da steht dann: application cannot be executed. the file drwtsn32.exe is infected. do you want to activate your antivirus software now ?

zur auswahl >>> "Ja" oder "Nein"


dies fenster kommt immer wieder mit verschiedenen datei meldungen wenn man nein anklickt.


Man kann im normalen Modus auch keine Programme öffnen, die schließen sich sofort wieder! =(
Man kann dieses Symbol in der Taskleiste auch nicht entfernen =(

Im Abgescherten Modus konnte ich mbam (Malwarebyte Anti Malware zwar laufen lassen, aber nicht aktualisieren und es hat auch nichts gefunden =(
Antvir findet im Abgesicherten Modus auch nichts =(


Könnt ihr uns weiterhelfen? =(

Toll, ich bin nicht der einzige! Ich bin vor fünf minuten in das Forum gegangen und stelle fest, dass ich mir genau das gleiche teil eingefangen habe...

Und wieder stellt sich mir die Frage warum es Menschen gibt die Spaß daran haben, anderen Menschen ihr Leben schwer zu machen...?

Also, zum probelm: Ich lasse gerade schon Malware durchrattern, was bei meinem ganzen Müll auf der Festplatte seine Zeit dauert. Wichtiger zu klären finde ich ob dieses Problem pauschal für uns beide geklärt werden kann, oder ob ich einen extra Thread aufmachen soll?

Sonst komme ich und Du durcheinander.

Eine Bereinigung ist mitunter mit viel Arbeit für Dich verbunden.

• Bitte arbeite alle Schritte der Reihe nach ab.
• Lese die Anleitungen sorgfältig. Sollte es Probleme geben, bitte stoppen und hier so gut es geht beschreiben.
• Nur Scanns durchführen zu denen Du von einem Helfer aufgefordert wirst.
• Bitte kein Crossposting ( posten in mehreren Foren).
• Poste die Logfiles direkt in deinen Thread. Nicht anhängen ausser ich fordere Dich dazu auf. Erschwert mir nämlich das auswerten.

Hinweis: Ich kann Dir niemals eine Garantie geben, dass ich auch alles finde. Eine Formatierung ist meist der Schnellere und immer der sicherste Weg.
Solltest Du Dich für eine Bereinigung entscheiden, arbeite solange mit, bis dir jemand vom Team sagt, dass Du clean bist.

Schritt 1

CustomScan mit OTL

Falls noch nicht vorhanden, lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop.

Downloade dir ebenfalls die angehängte Scan.txt und speichere diese ebenfalls auf dem Desktop

Starte in den abgesicherten Modus

• Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
  Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
  
  • Doppelklick in die Textbox.
• Du wirst gefragt ob du eine Datei laden willst. Bestätige mit JA und navigiere im Explorer zu der Scan.txt.
• Klicke öffnen. Nun sollte sich ein Text in der Box befinden.
• Wenn dem so ist,
  Klicke nun bitte auf den Quick Scan Button.
• Klick auf .
• Kopiere nun den Inhalt aus OTL.txt und Extra.txt hier in Deinen Thread

• Starte bitte die OTL.exe.
  Vista und Win7 User mit Rechtsklick "als Administrator starten"
• Kopiere nun den Inhalt in die Textbox.

• Schliesse bitte nun alle Programme.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
• Klick auf .
• OTL kann gegebenfalls einen Neustart verlangen. Bitte dies zulassen.
• Nach dem Neustart findest Du ein Textdokument auf deinem Desktop.
  ( Auch zu finden unter C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\<time_date>.txt)
  Kopiere nun den Inhalt hier in Deinen Thread

Starte in den Normalmodus


Schritt 2

Update Malwarebytes und lass einen QuickScan laufen


Schritt 3

Starte bitte OTL.exe.
Wähle unter
Extra Registrierung: Benutze Safe List und klicke auf den Scan Button.
