Hallo liebe Leute,
ich habe ein lästiges Problem.
Vor ca. 18 Tagen habe ich mir ein ASUS Notebook von der G60Vx Series gekauft.
Ein tolles Gerät, jedoch kann ich es jetzt nicht mehr richtig starten.

Systeminformationen:
- Windows 7 64-bit
- ASUS G60Vx
- Dual core 2,8-3,2 GHz
- 4GB DDR2 Ramm
- GTX 260m GPU

Jedes mal wenn ich es Starte komme ich bis ca. zu dem Punkt wo er sich automatisch in ICQ einlogt und dann reagiert der Notebook komplett nicht mehr.
Die Maus sowie alle anderen Funktionen/Knöpfe reagieren nicht mehr, nicht einmal das Licht für die Groß- und Kleinschreibung am Notebook.

Das letzte was ich gemacht habe bevor das Problem aufgetaucht ist war, ich hatte ein Film mit dem DIVX-Player offen auf Pause, Musik auf Pause, Firefox an und wollte ein Spiel starten. Aber als ich auf das Spiel geklickt habe reagierte nichts mehr und so fing es an.

In der ersten Zeit konnte ich über den Abgesicherten Modus rein, in die Systemwiederherstellung und das System zurückstellen, aber das wirkte ca. nur ein Start lang, so dass er beim nächsten Neustart wieder nicht mehr reagierte.

Jetzt gibts aber irgendwie keinen Systemwiederherstellungszeitpunkt, dass ich wählen kann und in diesem Moment bleibt das starten mit dem Abgesichertem Modus auch irgendwie hängen -__-


Weiß jemand woran das liegt und wie man es beheben könnte außer Windows neu draufzuspielen? Könnte es ein Hardwareschaden sein?

Das Notebook hat natürlich Garantie. Ich habe es bei w*w.cyberport.de also Online gekauft. ASUS kann es nur reparieren aber das ist blöd ein Notebook, was man gerade gekauft hat schon reparieren zu lassen.
Steht es mir zu ein neues Notebook von Cyberport zu verlangen oder mein Geld zurückzuverlangen?

Hallo also hammer wieso hast du so viele sachen An Film,Musik,Firefox,und ein spiel.
Also es ist eig. nicht so schlimm Firefox aufzulassen aber so viele sachen :=O

Kommt darauf an was du willst lass ihn lieber erst Reparieren und wen er dan immer noch cniht geht umtauschen bzw. Geld zurück

Noch eine Frage nebenbei:

auf meinem neuen Notebook , ist alles vorinstalliert gewesen - win7 usw. Da ist so ein Ai Recovery Burner der mir sagt ich soll mir die Werkseinstellungen auf ca. 4 DVD's brennen. Brauche ich das, obwohl ich eine Win7 und Drivers CD mitgeliefert bekommen habe?

Und ich habe gehört man sollte sich Win7 neu drauf ziehen wenn es schon vorinstalliert war damit es "sauberer" ist.
