Hallo,

ich habe von AntiVir Guard folgende Virenmeldung bekommen: "C:\system32\drivers\flpydisk.sys ist das Trojanische Pferd TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen"

Von den im Warnfenster angebotenen Optionen (in Quaratäne verschieben, Löschen etc.) lässt sich keine ausführen - die Meldung kommt immer wieder.

Leider habe ich überhaupt keine Ahnung, was jetzt zu tun ist und wäre sehr froh, wenn mir jemand - möglichst leicht verständlich - erklären könnte, was ich jetzt tun kann.

P.S.: Ich habe die Vermutung, dass ich mir den Trojaner beim Herunterladen eines PDF-Merge-Programms (PDF-Blender und/ oder PDF Split and Merge (pdfsam)) zugezogen habe.

Lade Dir bitte OTL von Oldtimer herunter und speichere es auf Deinem Desktop

• Doppelklick auf die OTL.exe
• Vista User: Rechtsklick auf die OTL.exe und "als Administrator ausführen" wählen
• Oben findest Du ein Kästchen mit Output. Wähle bitte Minimal Output
• Unter Extra Registry, wähle bitte Use SafeList
• Klicke nun auf Run Scan links oben
• Wenn der Scan beendet wurde werden 2 Logfiles erstellt

Nochmal vielen Dank!! und ich warte dann mal auf weitere Ratschläge - hoffe, ich hab das mit den Scans richtig gemacht (habe bei OTL "LOP-Prüfung" und "Purity-Prüfung" angehakt, obwohl das in deiner Anweisung nicht enthalten war - sonst aber alles gemacht, wie es da stand).

Ich sollte noch anmerken, dass ich in der Zwischenzeit selbst versucht habe die siszpe32.exe mit OSAM zu entfernen wie im Thread von Dawo beschrieben.

Scheinbar war ich auch erfolgreich jedenfalls war der Eintrag im msconfig nicht mehr angehakt und konnte mit CCleaner entfernt werden.

Was ich noch gemacht habe:

- Java enfernt
- Flashplayer entfernt
- Adobe reader entfernt

- Java neu installiert
- Flashplayer neu installiert
- Foxitreader installiert...

Dann mach bitte noch einen Durchgang mit CF, ich trau dem Braten noch nich so ganz;

ComboFix

Ein Leitfaden und Tutorium zur Nutzung von ComboFix

• Lade dir ComboFix hier herunter auf deinen Desktop. Benenne es beim Runterladen um in cofi.exe.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Schliesse alle Programme, vor allem dein Antivirenprogramm und andere Hintergrundwächter sowie deinen Internetbrowser.

• Starte cofi.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen, führe die Updates durch (falls vorgeschlagen), installiere die Wiederherstellungskonsole (falls vorgeschlagen) und lass dein System durchsuchen.
  Vermeide es auch während Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte kopieren ([Strg]a, [Strg]c) und in deinen Beitrag einfügen ([Strg]v). Die Datei findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

ich würde euch gerne bitten, ob evtl. nochmal jemand über meine zuletzt geposteten logfiles gucken könnte?! das wäre super! für meine begriffe sehen sie zwar gut aus, aber ich wär' beruhigter, wenn ich wüsste, dass jemand mit mehr ahnung das auch so sieht...
