Hallo Ihr da draußen an den Rundfunkempfangsgeräten,

seit 27.04. kann ich auf meinem Rechner keinen Browser (Standard ist Mozilla firefox 3.6.3, aber auch der windows ie funktioniert nicht) mehr nutzen. Beim Versuch, firefox zu öffnen, erscheint ein Fenster (Mozilla Absturz-Melder), in dem für den Absturz entschuldigt wird. Wenn man eine Absturz-meldung versendet, soll geholfen werden, den Fehler zu reparieren, was (natürlich) nicht geschieht. Neuinstallation vom Firefox bringt keine Änderung. Vor dem Absturz wurde ein virusscan (AV antivir personal) durchgeführt; da ich glaube, dass der Absturz mit dem, was AV Antivir da gemacht hat, zu tun hat, hier das vollständige Fehlerprotokoll:
