Oh man, ich brauche Hilfe

Hi Leute.
Ich habe ein riesen Porblem. Mein Laptop hat leider ein unfreiwilliges Bad genommen und ich musste an meinen schon seit 1 jahr stillgelegten Pc.
Der ist eigentlich erst formatiert worden und war virenfrei.
Nun gehe ich einmal für eine Stunde ins internet und alles ist im Arsch.
Alles geht total langsam, messanger gehen nicht mehr und email programme sind auch nicht mehr aufrufbar.
jetzt habe ich durch zufall bei google dieses forum gefunden und mir mal dieses HiJack Programm geloadet.
habe allerdings keine erfahrung damit und ich schicke euch mal meine logfile

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, bin wie gesagt komplett unerfahren mit dem Programm, noch dazu ein weibchen Also keinen Plan von sowas.
