Antivir sagt, ich habe den Trojaner TR/Agent.RUO.3
Daraufhin habe ich das Log von OSAM erstellt - wäre super. wenn jemand mal drüberschauen könnte, bin für jede Hilfe dankbar

die Datei und die Fehlermeldung sind weg - vielen Dank !!
Wie ist das Ding nur auf meinen Laptop gekommen? Ist es jetzt auch wirklich komplett verschwunden? Sind sonstige Sicherheitsmassnahmen zu beachten? Woran könnte ich erkennen, ob der Trojaner schon irgendeinen Schacden angerichtet hat?

Sieht ok aus. Mach bitte Kontrollscans mit Malwarebytes und SUPERAntiSpyware und poste die Logs.
Denk dran beide Tools zu updaten vor dem Scan!!

danke nochmals!

Oh je, ich hoffe, ich hab' alles richtig gemacht - also Mailwarebytes runtegeladen und scann gestartet - aber immer wieder 'funkte' mir Antivir dazwischen, hätte ich dies vorab deaktivieren sollen...?

Auf jeden Fall wurden 4 Dateien identifiziert (u.a. die, die ich dachte per osam gelöscht zu haben), log siehe unten. Diese vier habe ich dann gelöscht, was dann zum Systemabsturz führte... - danach habe ich Mailwarebytes nochmals gestartet mit deaktiviertem Antvir und er hat nichts mehr gefunden. Als ich unter 'Quarantäne' gucke, waren da die vier Dateien, die habe ich dann gelöscht - nochmals gescannt und wieder wurde nichts entdeckt... - war das ok oder habe ich jetzt Mist gemacht...?

Hallo Arne,

SuperAntSpyware habe ich irgendwann nach 2 Stunden abgebrochen, weil er auf meiner 'd-Platte' nur noch meine 'privaten Bilder und Filme' scannte.

Dazwischen hatte er 74 sogenannte 'Tracking Cookies' gefunden, die habe ich alle gelöscht - war doch ok, oder? Zwischenzeitlich war einmal 'Avira hochgepoppt' in etwa mit der Meldung:

Die Datei 'C:\System Volume Information\_restore{'blablablab-weiß nicht mehr...
enthielt einen Virus oder unerwünschtes Programm 'TR/Agent.ruo' [trojan].

Was hatte das zu bedeuten? Ich hab dann mal auf 'ignorieren' gedrückt und der SuperAntSpyware-Scan ging weiter.

Befürchte Du bekommst schon 'graue Haare' mit so einem 'Patienten' wie mir... ;-).
