wie muss ich denn da vorgehen?

Gehe bei Mbam in den Reiter Quarantäne, dort wirst du die "Quarantaenedatei" finden, wenn du sie einmal anklickst, solltest du den Button wiederherstellen nutzen koennen

das habe ich gemacht, anschließend kam das typische fenster von meinem Antivir welcher den zugriff verweigert hat. Wo ist denn die Datei nun abgelegt? bzw. wie füge ich diese denn hier ein?

Du musst den AV Guard deaktivieren und die DAtei dann ueber das Forumular in diesem Link einfuegen

Druecke einfach auf Browse, avigiere zu der DAtei und waehle diese mit "oeffnen" oder einem doppelklick aus.

Dan noch den Link zu diesem Thema einfuegen, sowie deinen Benutzernamen einfuegen und hochladen druecken

Also das ging grad etwas schnell ich komm da net hinterher um ehrlich zu sein. ich habe den Av guard nun deaktiviert und nun soll ich wieder im Mb die datei auswählen und im Link unter Datei hochladen einfügen oder Wie ? Sorry das ich da net so schnell nachkomme tut mir echt leid aber weiß grad net was gemeint ist. vll nochmal zum mitschreiben

Ja, wenn du den AV Guard deaktiviert hast, stelle mit Malwarebytes die in Quarantaene gesteckte Datei wieder her. Wenn du das getan hast, kannst du die Wiederhergestellte Datei hochladen...

ich kann die datei einfach nicht finden die ich hochladen soll die verschwunden und im MB nicht mehr unter quarantene seit dem ich Sie eben geöffnet habe und vom av geblockt worden bin?

Hat ANtivir die DAtei bei sich in der Quarantaene? BTW: Aktualisiere bitte dein Antivir.

Hallo ich muss sagen das es leider net geklappt hat mit dem hochladen ich weiß nicht warum??? vll nochmal genaue schrittweise anzeigen wäre super net, diese meldung von diesem virus nervt ständig zudem ist mein lappi beim hochfahren sehr langsam geworden hat das etwas damit zu tun ?
