Hi,

Mein GData Antivirus SE 2010 kann seit fast einer Woche kein Update ziehen, da keine Verbindung zum Update-Server hergestellt werden kann.

Da der Rechner (FUJITSU Esprimo P1500 mit Windows 7) noch keine 3 Wochen alt ist und deshalb kaum perönliche Daten enthielt und weil ich gelesen habe, dass einige Malware-programme das Update verhindern können, habe ich (inzwischen zum 2. Mal) Windows neu installiert.

Bei der ersten Neuinstallation vor einer Woche konnte ich am selben Abend noch ein Update ziehen, bevor das Problem wieder auftrat.

Ich habe unter anderem folgende (weniger Hilfreiche) Seite gefunden:

Außerdem habe ich irgendwo (Die Quellen habe ich mir leider nur in der alten Windows Installation aufgeschrieben) gelesen, dass es von Vorteil wäre, wenn man das Update über das Security Center zieht, die Versionsprüfung rausnimmt, und die Firewall von Windows ausschaltet. Diese Maßnahmen haben jedoch nicht geholfen.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware kam nach der Windowsneuinstallation auf folgendes Ergebnis:

Die Zeile "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\NoActiveDesktopChanges (Hijack.DisplayProperties) -> Bad: (1) Good: (0) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully." war vor der Windowsneuinstallation nicht mehr da (Ich hatte das Programm bereits in der alten Installation mehrfach verwendet, und die Zeile (dauerhaft) wegbekommen).

Die Zeilen "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\DhcpNameServer (Trojan.DNSChanger) -> Data: 85.255.116.149 194.25.0.60 -> Quarantined and deleted successfully." und "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{7bd93614-d1b1-4de6-84f4-39d16ab6c501}\DhcpNameServer (Trojan.DNSChanger) -> Data: 85.255.116.149 194.25.0.60 -> Quarantined and deleted successfully." sind nach jedem Neustart wieder da.

deutet wohl darauf hin das dein gesamter Netzwerkverkehr über die Ukraine umgeleitet und mitgelesen wird.Du solltest sofort von einem sauberen Rechner aus alle Passwörter (Bank,social network etc.) ändern, und von diesem Rechner aus kein online banking mehr vornehmen.Bei einer Bereinigung kann ich dir nicht helfen, da du aber erst neu aufgesetz hast, hast du wahrscheinlich eine infizierte Datei vorher gesichert, und wieder ausgeführt.Alles weitere muss ein Kompetenzler machen, das mit den Passwörtern wäre aber sehr wichtig.

Danke, dann werde ich das System diesmal formatieren, und mich nicht darauf verlassen, dass Windows alles in den "sicheren" windows_old Ordner schiebt, bevor ich Windows nochmal installiere.

Kann ich die persönlichen Daten auf meinem Speicher-USB-Stick (auf dem die entsprechenden infizierten Dateien sein könnten) unter einer Linuxpartition auf dem selben Rechner bedenkenlos benutzen (ohne befürchten zu müssen, dass die Windows- oder die Linuxpartition sicherheitslücken bekommt)?
