Seid Win 7 Update Extreme Ping Probleme. Verdacht auf Virus

Hey Jungs
Unzawr habe ich seit einem Win 7 Update extreme Ping Probleme. Mehr kann ich leider zur Zeit nicht sagen. Vllt liegt es auch an was anderem aber es ist mir erst jetzt richtig aufgefallen.
Geht von 50-400 ms...
ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

ich hab auf h**p://www.hijackthis.de/ auch schon die Logfileauswertung benutzt und mir wurde angezeigt das :
