Rootkit.TDSS bzw Trojaner "rotscx"

Hallo!

Habe mir einen Trojaner eingefangen, wodurch mein PC zeitweise immer ziemlich hängen geblieben ist. Ansonsten läuft allerdings noch alles.
Jedenfalls hat das entfernen mit avira oder malewarebytes nicht funktioniert.
Findet jedesmal wieder etwas mit der Bezeichnung "Rootkit.TDSS" als registry key bzw. infizierte dateien mit diesem anfang C:\WINDOWS\system32\rotscx...

Jedenfalls habe ich es nun noch mit Combofix (nach diesem Tutorial) versucht. Der Log ist unten zu sehen.
Wurde da nun alles entfernt? Oder ist immer noch etwas auf meinem PC?
