Virus/ja/nein?

Hallo!
Ich habe folgends Problem. Ich hatte einen Conficker virus. Ich habe dann ein Tool von Microsoft drüberlaufen lassen, bin jedoch nicht sicher ob er den Computer bereinigt hat. Ich bekomme jetzt trotzdem immer wieder die folgende Meldung, wenn ich z.Bsp. im Google etwas suchen möchte.Was kann ich hier machen und wie kann ich meinen Computer nochmals überprüfen ob er virenfrei ist und dass ich nicht ständig diese Meldung bekomme. Mein Virusprogramm (E-Trust) erkennt nichts mehr. Wer kann mir weiterhelfen.

Make a full scan of your computer.
Click Scan Now - Internet Explorer will try to find and run the antivirus software.
