Woran es lag ? Wie gesagt, ich totaler Laie. Keinen blassen Schimmer. Nochmal kurze Zusammenfassung. Seit einigen Tagen, vielleicht auch zwei Wochen erschien beim Abmelden immer beim Ausschalten-Knopf dieses Zeichen das neue Updates installiert werden. Nicht immer, aber oft hatte ich auch in der Symbolleiste dieses gelbe Zeichen ( Ritterschild oder so ähnlich ) , "neue Updates liegen zum Download bereit". Das habe ich dann mal gemacht ( glaube Mittwoch ), aber selbst da kam, das KB837253 nicht installiert werden konnte. Dieses Zeichen beim Abmelden kam weiterhin. Als ich dann mal die Microsoft-Update Seite aufgerufen hatte, war das KB837253 Update dort an jedem Tag an dem ich in letzter Zeit am PC war als fehlerhaftes Update drin. Der Download mit dem hier geposteten Link hat einwandfrei funktioniert, genauso wie die folgende Installation. Wie gesagt, ich kann mir nicht erklären wo das Problem lag. Dennoch vielen Dank für eure Hilfe. |

| | Probleme mit Windows update [gelöst] Nein, ging alles ohne Umschweife, musste weder den Ordner noch den Dienst löschen. Habe direkt über den Link ( neues Fenster ) und sogar über Mozilla heruntergeladen. Einzig die auf der Downloadseite empfohlene Aktion "Starten" war nicht da. Hatte nur "Speicher" oder Abbrechen. ( Das liegt aber glaube ich am Mozilla Firefox ). Hatte die Datei dann auf dem Desktop. ==> Doppklick ==> Ausführen und dann ging es los. |
