ZY searchengine... i hate it

dies ist mein erster Beitrag!
Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir helfen!

Ich habe Spyware auf meinem Rechner.
Und zwar werde ich beim Start des Internet Explorers immer auf http://db105.com:81/cgi-bin/index.cgi?c=0 verwiesen! Dort befindet sich eine sogenannte ZY 'Suchmaschine'.
Dazu kommt, dass ich beim benutzen des eigentlichen Betriebssystems (Windows ME) keine Icons bzw. gar keinen Inhalt mehr sehen kann, wenn ich z.B. den Arbeitsplatz öffne.

Also, ich habe meinen Rechner im abgesicherten Modus hochgefahren und HiJack audgeführt:

Könnt ihr mir sagen, wie ich weitermachen soll? Meiner Meinung nach reicht das löschen einiger Einträge nicht!
