RUN.DLL Problem

Schöne Weihnachten wünsche ich zuerst einmal und sag erstmal Hallo und bin ganz gespannt, denn ich poste zum ersten Mal in diesem Forum:

ich habe den Laptop meiner Schwester hier. Sie hatte ihn erst vor 4 Monaten gekauft. Beim Surfen mit dem IE 7 gab es wohl Probleme (unerwünschte Fenster gingen auf etc.) Habe 3 Antivirenprogramme drüberlaufen lassen nämlich Avira, AVG und WindowsLiveOneCare. Es wurden so um die 30 Trojaner gefunden und breinigt. Nun erscheint nach dem Hochfahren des Laptops immer das Fenster RUN.DLL mit der Meldung "Fehler beim Laden von C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Temp\xxyxVoPf.dll . Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.
Ich habe ein wenig gegoogelt und bin zu dem Resultat gekommen, dass das wohl ebenfalls etwas mit einem Trojaner zu tun haben könnte und dass man wahrscheinlich mit HJT intervenieren kann. Jedoch heißt es auch das solle man nur tun wenn man ganz genau weiß was man da macht... und genau das ist mein Problem...ich weiß es nicht ganz genau
