invi.dll infiziert: HEUR/MALWARE

ähm ja hallo erstmal:

ich hab seit heute ne art riesen problem: laut antivir ist meine "invi.dll" im windows ordner mit einer HEUR/MALWARE infiziert. egal was ich öffne überall kommen virusmeldungen eben mit dieser datei.

ich habs mal bei virustotal hochgeladen und das ergebnis ist erschreckend:

löschen kann ich die datei nicht weil sie so gut wie von jedem prozess verwendet wird. nun weiss ich nicht mehr was ich machen soll.
hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.
