Ich brauche hilfe

hallo leute,

in meinem PC stimmt einiges nicht, beim einschalten bekomme eine menge meldungen wie : explorer.exe hat fehler festgestellt, oder das mit svchost.exe, oder rundll32.exe, temp2.exe und copy.exe habe ich schon hingekriegt mit AVG( hoffe ich) ich hab jetzt HijackThis laufen lassen und das ist das ergebnis, ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen :
