Virusvermutung HILFE!!!

Hi ich hab ein Problem und zwar habe ich ein link in Msn von meinem Freund bekommen auf den ich unwissen geklickt hab und danach schlug mein Kaspersky an , als ich flashplayer von dort downloaden wollte dann hab ich unverzüglich auf abbrechen gedrückt
dennoch haben paar freunde in msn den selben link von mir bekommen obwohl ich nichts geschrieben hab
ich habe die vermutung dass er sich bei mir eingenisstet hat der virus
der scan von kaspersky zeigt aber keine viren
Ich bitte um hilfe
