Desktophintergrund unter Vista nicht änderbar

Hallo,

nach dem Entfernen einiger Trojaner mit Malwarebytes und Spybot ist mein System wahrscheinlich relativ sauber. Doch leider läßt sich mein Desktophintergrund nicht mehr ändern. In der Registry habe ich unter Policies einen Eintrag NoActiveDesktopChanges mit 0. Doch ich komm einfach nicht weiter.
