Bitte mal Scaheun! PC langsam geworden!

Hallo erstmal an alle,

also ich hab Vista Ultimate 64bit und hab Avast Antivirenscanner.
Seit einigen Tagen ist mein PC recht langsam geworden, Avast bemängelt jedoch nichts und da wollte ich fragen ob sich einer bitte mal mein HijackThis logfile anschauen kann und mir sagen kann ob ich irgend ein Trojaner, Virus etc. eingefangen habe und Avast das bloß nicht findet?
