Hallo, ich habe jetzt schon länger so einen Photovirus bei MSN der immer an Leute in meiner Liste Links schickt und bekomme den nicht weg. Ich hoffe hier kann mir jemand helfen, natürlich auch wenn sonst noch was gefährliches auf dem PC ist aber es geht vor allem um den MSN Virus

Was hast du denn bisher getan um den Virus wegzubekommen? Wie hast du dir den Virus zugezogen?

Trenne den infizierten Rechner vorerst vom Internet und ändere zumindest das MSN-Accountpasswort von einem anderen Rechner aus.

Das Log zeigt dafür keine Anzeichen, allerdings ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten.

Erstelle bitte ein Log mit Malwarebytes und DSS

• Lade dir DSS
• Schließe alle Anwendungen und führe DSS.exe dann mit einem Doppelklick aus
• Führe während DSS arbeitet bitte keine anderen Aktionen durch
• Am Ende öffnen sich 2 Datein main.txt und extra.txt
• Poste den Inhalt beider Dateien hier

Ok danke. Also Antivir hat nix gefunden dann hab ich noch dieses MSN Photo Virus remover benutzt der hat zwar mal was gefunden und gelöscht aber das Prob wurde nicht gelöst war also wohl was anderes. Außerdem hab ich Clean Virus MSN und Spyware Doctor laufen lassen. Dieses DSS hab ich jetzt mal laufen lassen, Malwarebyte läuft noch. Hier die Ergebnisse:

Hast du Diablo installiert?

Lade dir bitte MSNFix. Entpacke die Datei in einen eigenen Ordner und führe die MSNFix.bat aus.
Ein blaues Fenster sollte sich öffnen und eine Tastatureingabe erfragen. Gib "R" ein und lasse das Programm durchlaufen. Tue nichts am Rechner während das Programm läuft.
Das ein Desktop verschwindet ist normal, der taucht am Schluss auch wieder auf.
Wenn das Programm am Schluss rot wird, solltest du den Rechner neustarten.

Danach wird ein Bericht angezeigt. Den Inhalt dieses Berichts bitte hier posten.

Also Diablo hab ich installiert, was meinst mit Spyclean, dieses Spywaredoctor? Ich hab mal die Progs und Updates gelöscht die du gesagt hast. MSNfix hab ich auch durchlaufen lassen da kam allerdings keine Fehlermeldung und auch kein rotes Fenster, nach dem Neustart kam auch nix aber den Bericht hab ich:

Ich weiß dass man den PC öfters mal neu aufsetzen sollte allerdings grauts mir da davor was ich alles sichern müsste. Was meinst du genau mit Schrott, unsinnige Programme, Viren, Trojaner?

Ok, das Ergebnis hab ich halb erwartet. Hast du weiterhin die Probleme mit MSN?
Ich kann keine Hinweise auf eine der typischen MSN-INfektionen sehen, du hast jedoch seit 3 Tagen noch einen Backdoor aufm Rechner.

Erstell bitte ein Log mit Combofix:

• Lade dir das Tool hier herunter auf den Desktop -> KLICK

Das Programm jedoch noch nicht starten sondern zuerst folgendes tun:

• Schliesse alle Anwendungen und Programme, vor allem deine Antiviren-Software und andere Hintergrundwächter, sowie deinen Internetbrowser. Vermeide es auch explizit während das Combofix läuft die Maus und Tastatur zu benutzen.

• Dann folgende Anleitung durchlesen und abarbeiten -> CCleaner Systembereinigung

• Starte nun die combofix.exe von deinem Desktop aus, bestätige die Warnmeldungen und lass dein System durchsuchen.

• Im Anschluss öffnet sich automatisch eine combofix.txt, diesen Inhalt bitte abkopieren und in deinen Beitrag einfügen. Das log findest du außerdem unter: C:\ComboFix.txt.

Wichtiger Hinweis:

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden wenn ein Kompetenzler dies ausdrücklich empfohlen hat! Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Hinweis: Combofix verhindert die Autostart Funktion aller CD / DVD und USB - Laufwerken um so eine Verbeitung einzudämmen. Wenn es hierdurch zu Problemen kommt, diese im Thread posten.

EDIT:
Mit Schrott mein ich Reste von Viren, Reste von Fakeprogrammen wie etwa dem SpyClean von Netwasweißich... (Erstell ein Hijackthislog entsprechend der NUB, dann zeig ihc dir die Einträge), Reste von ehemaligen Antivirenprogrammen, 2 Jahre alte Javaversionen, etc...
Lässt sich alles beheben, wenn man es sieht, ist aber insgesamt einfach ne Menge Schrott

Mach bitte das folgende:
Combofix - Scripten

1. Starte das Notepad (Start / Ausführen / notepad[Enter])

2. Jetzt füge mit copy/paste den ganzen Inhalt der untenstehenden Codebox in das Notepad Fenster ein.

3. Speichere im Notepad als CFScript.txt auf dem Desktop.

4. Deaktivere den Guard Deines Antivirenprogramms und eine eventuell vorhandene Software Firewall.
(Auch Guards von Ad-, Spyware Programmen und den Tea Timer!)

5. Dann ziehe die CFScript.txt auf die ComboFix.exe, so wie es im unteren Bild zu sehen ist. Damit wird Combofix neu gestartet.





6. Nach dem Neustart (es wird gefragt ob Du neustarten willst), poste bitte die folgenden Log Dateien:
Combofix.txt

Hinweis: Das obige Script ist nur für diesen einen User in dieser Situtation erstellt worden. Es ist auf keinen anderen Rechner portierbar und darf nicht anderweitig verwandt werden, da es das System nachhaltig schädigen kann
