Guten Abend, ich habe das Problem, dass meine Bluetoothmaus nichtmehr geht, manchmal PopUps erscheinen und meine Startseite auf playonlinegames.com oder so etwas verändert war. Außerdem wurden meine EXE Datein von Anti Vir, Spybot Search and Destroy, etc gelöscht, der windows Defender geht nichtmehr und alles andere, was dagegen helfen könnte scheint auch nichtmehr startbar zu sein. Neuinstallieren der Programme bringt leider auch keinen Erfolg.

Ich weiß absolut nicht was ich da tun könnte, vielleicht kann mir ja jemand helfen.

Hallo.

Wechsel bitte in den abgesicherten Modus. Dort fixt du dann folgende HJT Eintrag:

C:\Windows\system32\wermgr.exe

Danach suche (wie in meiner Signatur beschrieben) die Datei " C:\Windows\system32\wermgr.exe " und lösche sie.

Starte den Rechner neu und versuche einen PrevX Scan zu machen.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem und BITTE um Hilfe.

Hi,

ob das mit Fixen getan ist, da habe ich meine Zweifel. Die Symptome deuten auf ein Bagle-Rootkit hin, das lässt sich nicht einfach fixen.

Blacklight scannen lassen

• Lade F-Secure Blacklight in einen neuen Ordner C:\programme\blacklight.
• Starte in diesem Ordner fsbl.exe und schließe alle anderen Programme.
• Klicke "I accept the agreement", "next", "Scan".
• wenn der Scan zuende ist, wähle "Close".
• Der Bericht ist fsbl-XXX.log im Blacklight Verzeichnis, anstelle der XXX stehen Zahlen, die Datum und Uhrzeit enthalten. Den Inhalt dieser Datei bitte posten.
