hallo, seit kurzem finde ich auf meinenm desktop zwei verknüpfungen: "help and support center" und "windows update" beide führen auf die angegebene seite. bei einem neustart fragt windows sofort ob er eine dfü verbindung herstellen soll, wenn ich nein klicke, läuft alles normal weiter. lösche ich die zwei links dann fragt windows wiederum wegen der dfü verbindung, auch hier klick ich wieder nein. nun sind die symbole zwar wieder da, aber sie haben kein icon mehr.ab und zu kommt auch im systemtray eine meldung, dass mein pc in gefahr sei, und ich auf die meldung klicken soll. außerdem sehe ich grad, dass ein prozess läuft, der windows heißt, beende ich ihn ist er sofort wieder da, aber ich vermute, dass er schädlich ist oder?++ hab ihn zumindest noch nie zuvor gesehen. mein kaspersky hat gerade alles gescannt, aber nichts gefunden. hier mal meine
