Aber eScan hatte ja noch andere Sachen gefunden.

Kann sein, muss aber nicht. Ich kann dir zumindest kein sauberes System nach einer Bereinigung garantieren.
Was eScan da angezeigt hat waren zwar überwiegend Fehlalarme, aber einige hässliche Dateinamen waren in System32 dabei.

Die Datei ist zwar vorhanden, aber mit Null Byte eigentlich nur ein Schatten ihrer selbst und somit wohl ungefährlich
Wo sie herkommt kann ich dir nicht sagen. svp322.dll ist jedenalls nicht mehr vorhanden.

Eigentlich meinte ich ja rsvp322.dll, ich hatte mich nur in der Überschrift verschrieben. Anscheinend sind ja jetzt die Trojaner um die es ging weg.
Aber wie es aussieht hab ich ja noch mehr. :-(

Sind die Dateien gefährlich? Wenn ja wie bekomm ich sie weg?

Was der genau macht kann man nur erahnen - der laedt aber mit Sicherheit weitere Malware herunter.
So wie es ausschaut ist der aber bei dir nicht mehr aktiv. Um den aus dem Ordner System Volume Information zu loeschen, solltest du die Systemwiederherstellung deaktivieren.

Ich hab jetzt Systemwiederherstellung deaktiviert.
Wenn ich jetzt nochmal mit eScan alles absuche und er nix findet, kann ich dann davon ausgehen das mein PC Viren-bzw. Trojanerfrei ist?

Imho kann man da nie 100%ig von ausgehen, erst recht nach einer Bereinigung nicht, denn es besteht immer die Gefahr, das was übersehen wurde. Dürfte aber aber recht unwahrscheinlich sein, wenn man im silentrunners-log auch nichts mehr findet. Poste mal so ein Logfile.
