ja ich wollte fragen wie kann ich eine datei namens virtumonde (vturq.dll) aus der bibliothek (c:/Windows/system32/vturq.dll) löschen . ich habe einen laptop und habe einmal avast , antivir und spyboot . alle diese programme können die datei nicht löschen was soll ich machen?

Werte zuerst mal die besagte Datei bei Virustotal oder Jotti aus, etwas warten, das scann kann dauern. Poste dann sämtliche Ergebnisse, auch Dateigröße und Prüfsumme (md5).
Erstell auch ein Hijackthis-Logfile und poste es.

was heist posten? und was ist md5

posten heißt du sollst die geforderten Information hier als Beitrag reinstellen. In diesem Fall also ein HijackThis-log und die Analysen von virustotal.

Md5 und Hash werden nach Beendigung des Scans von virustotal angegeben. Am besten wartest du dort einfach bis oben rechts "status: finished" erscheint und kopierst dann die komplette Seite ab und stellst diese hier rein.

Nochmal:

Du gehst auf http://www.virustotal.com.
dann kopierst du den Dateipfad rechts oben in das weiße Feld und drückst auf "Send".
nun wird deine Datei gescannt daher wartest du ab bis rechts oben in einem
Kasten Finished steht. Dann kopierst du das gesamte Ergebnis und postest es hier. Das heißt mit Angaben wie Filesize und md5.
