| Problem: Problem mit Windows-Profil/Benutzer seit Win10 Update Hallo zusammen, hänge leider immer noch fest, darum bin ich wieder hier - hier gibt es am Ende die beste Hilfe im Netz! Also: Nach einem Win10-Update hatte auf meinem Rechner vieles nicht mehr funktioniert (Firefox, Thunderbird, bestimmte Webseiten in anderen Browsern, Office 2010...). Nach einigen hilf- und wohl auch sinnlosen Versuchen, selbst was zu machen, habe ich (irgend)ein Fix von Windows gemacht, musste Office neu installieren, hab alte Programme gelöscht, Thunderbird neu installiert und einiges mehr. Trotzdem ist nichts in Ordnung. Fakt ist: Es scheint ein Fehler mit Windows zu sein, dass ich nur als lokaler User angemeldet bin, wenn auch mit Admin-Rechten, so eben doch nur lokal. Kein Ansatz, meine Identität bei Microsoft zu bestätigen, klappt. Fehlermeldung 0x801901f4. Geh ich im Browser auf mein Microsoft-Konto, wird mein Rechner durchaus angezeigt und die Infos (z.B. Virenscan) sind aktuell. Einen neuen User kann ich nicht anlegen. Gehe ich auf "Diesem PC eine andere Person hinzufügen" öffnet sich ein Fenster, auf dem oben links "Microsoft Konto" steht, sonst aber bleibt es weiß. Eine Anfrage, die ich im Windows-Forum stellen wollte, ließ sich nicht abschicken. (Es kam immer die Fehlermeldung, dass die gewünschte Seite derzeit nicht erreichbar sei). Ich kann keine neuen Programme herunterladen, oder z.B. neue Hintergrundbilder bei Zoom einrichten. Alle möglichen Sachen klappen einfach nicht und ich vermute, es liegt an dem Windows-User (cosinus hatte das schon mal angemerkt). Wie aber ich DIESES Problem löse habe ich nach langen Wochen noch immer nicht raus. Alle möglichen Anleitungen aus Foren haben nicht funktioniert, darum bitte ich eine geduldige Seele hier mich nochmal Schritt für Schritt zu begleiten, wenn das möglich ist. | Problem mit Windows-Profil/Benutzer seit Win10 Update Details Ach, Cosinus, *seufz* ich hatte Windows schon auch neu installiert, da kam ja dann das Problem, dass sich meine alte Office-Lizenz nicht mehr aktivieren ließ und ich Office neu kaufen musste.
__________________Aber ich habe tatsächlich seit dem immer mal wieder was probiert und dann nach 2-3 Stunden frustriert aufgegeben... Ich kann verstehen, dass Anfragen wie meine euch nerven, aber ich weiß mir halt auch nicht besser zu helfen. LG Kristl |

Wenn sich Microsoft Office nicht mehr übers Internet aktivieren lässt, muss man bei Microsoft anrufen und den Fall schildern. Könnte aber Ärger geben wenn man die Katze im Sacke gekauft hat sprich Billig-Keys für ein Paar Euro Fuffzich bei Amazon oder Rakuten oder wo auch immer. Das Ganze hat bitte was mit einer kaputten Windows-Installation zu tun? Richtig, garnichts. Oder willst du uns erklären, dass die lieber monatelang an einem kaputten Windows herumfriemelst, weil du Microsoft Office nicht nochmal aktivieren willst? Alternativ kann man Microsoft Office auch verbannen und LibreOffice installieren. Da hat man diesen Aktivierungsblödsinn nämlich nicht.

| Wie Problem mit Windows-Profil/Benutzer seit Win10 Update Du hast Recht, wenn du mir den Kopf wäschst, aber das ändert nix. Ich HABE Windows neu installiert bzw. so einen USB-Stick erstellt mit dem ich Windows dann neu installiert oder repariert habe. Die Probleme blieben trotzdem. So wird z.B. mein Passwort hier nicht gespeichert, obwohl ich Cookies aktiviert habe. Und eben das beschriebene: Windows User kann nicht verifiziert werden etc. etc. Was sollte ich jetzt also Schritt für Schritt machen? Ich danke dir. LG Kristl Ist das hier ein Ansatzpunkt? Immerhin kann ich noch tippen und mich irgendwie weiter durchwursteln, und mit allem anderen muss ich dann wohl leben, bis ich mir mal einen neuen Rechner leisten kann und dann von vorn anfange. Ich habe so viele Stunden, über so lange Zeit jetzt, herum gegoogelt auf deutschen und amerikanischen Seiten und so viel probiert, keine Ahnung was das alles war. Wo also soll ich anfangen? Den Anfang kennst du ja. Dann, als du geschrieben hast, dass es alles Unsinn war, was ich gemacht hab, hab ich einen Windows Recovery Stick gemacht und das Ding laufen lassen. Wenn das online nicht geht muss man doch einfach nru die Hinweise richtig lesen und dann zum Telefon greifen. WO IST das Problem?! Wenn einem das nicht passt kann man good bye Microsoft sagen und zu LibreOffice wechseln. Oder gleich auf Windows pfeifen und Linux nehmen. Windows-User-Verifizierung: da hättest du auch rugih mal schreiben können in was für einem Zusammenhang das stehen soll. Einfach so hingeklatscht kann das niemand wissen oder denkst du hier im Forum sind nur Falls es im Zusammenhang mit einem Microsoftkonto steht: falls du die Anleitung zur Neuinstallation von Windows gelesen hast, wüsstest du dass wir davon eher abraten und die Verwnedungen eines normalen lokalen Kontos empfehlen. Browser: Firefox verwenden und einfach richtig einstellen. Statt bis zum St. Nimmerleinstag Cookies zu behalten, diese immer löschen wenn Firefox beendet wird und dafür Passwörter im Firefox speichern. Geht alles wunderbar und intuitiv in den Einstellungen vom Firefox.
