| Problem: Öfter auftretender Blue Screen Hallo, ich habe seit gestern Probleme mit meinem Rechner und komme nicht mehr weiter. Das Problem ist folgendes, ich bekomme Ständig einen Blue Screen und wie es scheint arbeiten meine Viren Programme (Kaspersky, Anti-Malwarebytes) nicht mehr so wie sie sollten. Kaspersky hatte auch schon mal was gefunden. Aber es läuft nicht mal über 3% da es durch denn immer wieder auftretenden Blue Screen verhindert wird. Adwcleaner findet leider nichts. Und sicherheitshalber noch die Werte die CrystalDiskInfo anzeigt @M-K-D-B und Co, mir ist gerade erst aufgefallen wo ich gepostet habe, normalerweise geht das doch nicht,kann wer meine Berechtigung prüfen und ggf kleinschnibbeln.. | Wo Öfter auftretender Blue Screen Lösung! Wie cosinus schon schrieb, Angaben zur Hardware. Wie? Windows-Taste und R-Taste gleichzeitig drücken, im erscheinenden Fenster msinfo32 eingeben und ok. Voila, alles was Dein Herz begehrt wird aufgelistet. Wichtig sind vor allem Prozessor, Graka, Festplatten und ggf. Mainboard. Kaspersky wird mit Sicherheit eine Log-Datei angelegt haben. Diese wird benötigt. Wichtig ist auch zu wissen, was Du evtl. an Deinem Rechner verändert hast bzw. welche Programme installiert wurden, bevor die Bluescreens auftraten. So, und bevor ich jetzt noch mehr vorkaue, lies einfach mal dies hier. P.S. Windows könnte mal aktualisiert werden. Build 18362 ist aktuell.

| Öfter auftretender Blue Screen Wenn du Kaspersky und Malwarebytes Premium gleichzeitig installiert hast, dann könnte diese Konstellation schon der Auslöser sein weil von 2 verschiedenen Virenschutz Programmen der jeweilige Echtzeitschutz läuft und sich mit dem anderen überschneidet. Deinstalliere mal testweise entweder Kaspersky oder Malwarebytes Premium oder deaktiviere zumindest mal bei Malwarebytes alle Schutzfunktionen der Premiumversion so das Malwarebytes als Malwarebytes Free läuft und beobachte dann dein System. | Öfter auftretender Blue Screen Nyte, prinzipiell stimmt deine Aussage ja aber seit der Version 3 ist Malwarebytes Premium ja auch explizit als Virenschutz ausgewiesen und da könnte ich mir schon vorstellen das es Probleme gibt wenn zeitgleich Kaspersky AV oder IS installiert ist weil sich die Hintergrundwächter und evtl. auch Treiber beider Virenschutzlösungen in die Quere kommen könnten. | Öfter auftretender Blue Screen [gelöst] So eine aufgeblähte Suite braucht man nicht, befasst man sich etwas mit dem Thema Windows PC absichern, reicht der Windows 10 Defender oder ein klassisches Antivirus und da sogar auch die Free Version. Gehört jetzt aber nicht hier hin. |
