| Problem: Laptop hängt sich beim Neustart auf Hallo, am Laptop ein Update von Win7 auf Win10 gemacht (mit vielen Problemen) Nun ist Win10 drauf, aber bei einem Neustart hängt der Laptop sich auf. Meldung "wird neu gestartet" kommt, Bildschirm wird dunkel, Neustart beginnt, das Windows-Fenster erscheint, darunter die drehenden Punkte, dann wird der Bildschirm wieder dunkel, nach einer Weile ist die Windows-Willkommen-Melodie zu hören, das wars. Die Einschalttaste bleibt an, die LED der Festplatte blinkt. Erst nach zweimaligen drücken der Einschalttaste beginnt diese zu blinken, nach erneutem drücken kommt der Anmeldebildschirm. __________________danke für den Tip, habe ich probiert, allerdings ohne Erfolg. Zum abgesicherten Modus hat sich ja einiges in Win10 verändert, musste da erst mal kräftig suchen. Beim Start im agesicherten Modus kam dann gleich eine Fehlermeldung: die App "Erste Schritte" kann nicht geöffnet werden. Die habe ich dann deinstalliert. Beim Neustart im abgesicherten Modus kam dann keine Fehlermeldung mehr. Im Gerätemanager gab es nur beim Monitor ein Dreieck mit Ausrufezeichen, da der Status im abgesicherten Modus nicht verfügbar ist. Alle Treiber sind aktuell und ok. Am Fehler beim Neustart, wie oben beschrieben, hat sich noch nichts geändert. Ein paar Dinge sind mir noch aufgefallen: Im Revo Uninstaller werden einige Programme bei Uninstall nicht angezeigt. (z.B. CCleaner, Sidebar, OneDrive...) Unter Tools - AutoRun Manager sind sie aufgelistet. Hier habe ich alles außer Avira abgewählt. Was mir auch noch aufgefallen ist, beim Start und Neustart sind Unterschiede beim Hochfahren. Start: Windows- Fenster + drehende Kreise Fenster mit Name und Wilkommen + drehende Kreise Desktop Neustart: Windows- Fenster + drehende Kreise dann wird Bildschirm dunkel und es geht nicht mehr weiter Mehrmals den Ein-Kopf drücken Windows-Anmeldesound ist zu hören dann kommt der Sperrbildschirm von dem man zum Bildschirm zur Anmeldung kommt. Von dort über die Fläche "Anmelden" gelangt man zum Desktop. Könnten da noch ein paar Einstellungen nicht ok sein? Noch einen schönen Sonntag - Wolfgang |

| Wie Laptop hängt sich beim Neustart auf Hallo Felix, ja, dort habe ich auch schon geschaut. Allerdings steht dort bei keinem Treiber etwas von Win10. Daher habe ich diese nicht verwendet. Im Gerätemanager gab es, wie oben schon beschrieben, nur im abgesicherten Modus beim Monitor ein Warndreieck mit Ausrufezeichen. Beim normalen Start ist alles ok. Trotzdem habe ich überall nochmal automatisch noch neuen Treibern suchen lassen. Immer gab es die Meldung dass der Treiber ok ist. Soll ich trotzdem die Treiber von der Medion-Seite verwenden? Wenn ja, muss ich das für alle Geräte machen? Auch den fürs Bios? So ganz wohl ist mir dabei nicht. Außerdem steht dort noch: "Achtung: Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass sich einige Bios Werte im Anschluss an das Update verändert haben können. Deswegen sollten Sie stets Ihre wichtigsten Parameter vorher notieren." Was müsste ich dort genau machen? Für Deine Hilfe im Voraus schon mal vielen Dank - Wolfgang |

Bei der Installation gibt es diese Fehlermeldung: Dieses System erfüllt nicht die Mindestanforderungen für die Installation der Software. Ich bin kein Computerspezialist, daher gestatte mir ein paar Anmerkungen. Bist Du sicher, dass ein Treiberproblem ist? Warum hängt er sich nur beim Neustart auf? Ausschalten und wieder Einschalten funktioniert einwandfrei. Kann das nicht an irgendwelchen Einstellungen liegen? Gibt es kein Programm, mit dem man protokollieren kann, an welcher Stelle der Laptop beim Neustart hängen bleibt? Hat sonst noch jemand eine Idee? LG - Wolfgang |

| Laptop hängt sich beim Neustart auf [gelöst] Kurz mal reinspring..... Ich möchte hier mal meine Ideen darlegen. Im Mai hatte ich ähnliche Probleme mit einem Medion. Upgrade auf Win10 wollte nicht so recht laufen. Es half nur eine Clean Installation von Win10. Danach waren alle Probleme schlagartig behoben. Ein anderer startete nicht mehr nach dem Upgrade. Eine Systemstartreparatur brachte kein Erfolg. Nur die Clean Install hat auch hier das Problem sofort gelöst. Du hast richtig beobachtet, dass es Unterschiede gibt beim Herunterfahren und Neustart. Das ist gewollt und es werden unterschiedliche Protokolle abgearbeitet, Dateien erzeugt ,usw. |

| Laptop hängt sich beim Neustart auf [gelöst] Hallo, mit Clean-Installation von Win10 meinst Du sicherlich das System komplett neu aufsetzen. Wenn man den teilweise lästigen "Schönheitsfehler" nicht anders in den Griff bekommen kann, würde ich dies machen. Allerdings dazu mal einige Grundsatzfragen: Ich höre immer so allgemeine Begriffe wie Datensicherung, Backup, Image-CD, Iso, Programm-Abbild, Recovery usw. Könnte mir jemand bitte mal die Unterschiede erklären (oder gibt es hierzu einen Link zu einem Beitrag in dem das genau erklärt ist)? Wenn ich einen PC gekauft habe, dann war das Programm schon installiert, eine Recovery-CD ist dabei, und auf der Festplatte befindet sich meist eine Partition D:Recovery. Die Datensicherung mache ich (in unregelmäßigen Abständen) so, dass ich die Ordner Bilder, Musik und Dokumente auf einer externen Festplatte spiegel. Sicherlich nicht professionell, aber für mich als 08/15-User wohl ausreichend. Auf dem Laptop, in dem es in diesem Thema geht war mal Win7 installiert, und es gibt eine Recovery-CD mit Win7. Nun wurde das kostenlose Upgrade auf Win10 über die Update-Funktion erstellt. Wie muss ich vorgehen, um eine saubere Neuinstallation zu machen? Welchen Produktschlüssel muss man eingeben? Nach dem Wechsel sollte man 1 Monat problemlos wieder zurück zu Win7 kommen? Auf dem Desktop ist noch eine Verknüpfung zum Win10 Update-Assistent. Was ist damit? Ihr seht, dass ich eine Menge Fragen habe und ohne genaue Info nichts machen möchte, da ich befürchte etwas falsch zu machen. Für Hilfe im Voraus schon mal vielen Dank. LG - Wolfgang |

| Laptop hängt sich beim Neustart auf [gelöst] Deine wichtigen Daten hast du ja schon gesichert auf die externe Platte? Du kommst jetzt also nicht mehr an deine Daten im PC, weil dein PC nicht mehr startet, richtig? Die Unterschiede kannst du leicht ergooglen. Recovery hast du ja schon selbst erklärt, da diese CD bei deinem PC bei war und mit dieser kannst du deinen PC wieder in den Werkszustand versetzen. Beim neuinstallieren des Win10 benötigst du ein Bootmedium. Du kannst von Microsoft das Win10 herunterladen und auf einen Stick oder DVD bringen. Von diesem Medium bootest du deinen PC. Nach der Installation hast du ein sauberes Win10. Als Registrierungsschlüssel gilt jetzt dein Win7code. Nun es ist so, dass Win7 oder 8 lange benutzt wird und etliches installiert, probiert und wieder deinstalliert wird. Auch schiebt man gern eine CD von Zeitschriften in den CD-Schlitz und installiert mal dies und das und das System wird verschlimmbessert. Bei einem Upgrade wird ja einiges behalten, leider auch Müll. Dieser Müll äussert sich gern in Problemen in deinem jetzigen Win10. Obwohl 10 dafür nix kann, gibt man gern dieser neuen Version die Schuld. Wenn die Cleaninstall nichts bringt (was ich zu 99% nicht glaube) kannst du mit deiner Recovery vom PC mit Win7 alles wieder in den Werkszustand bringen. Das ist auch der Tip von felix1. Allerdings sind nach der recovery oder Cleaninstall alle deine Daten weg, aber du hast ja eine Datensicherung in unregelmäßigen Abständen gemacht. Eine andere Idee, besorge dir diese Win10 Startmeduim deiner Wahl und probier eine Systemstartreparatur. |
