Habe folgendes Problem, mein Internet Explorer spielt verrückt bzw. funktioniert nicht richtig.
Hat zur Folge dass er öfters sich selbst gestartet hat und sich dann aufgehangen hat.

habe dann im www gesucht und was gefunden IE - Updates zu deinstallieren, was ich auch gemacht habe. Jetzt habe ich die Version 8 vom IE am Rechner, weiter zurück konnte ich nicht deinstallieren. Funktionieren mag er immer noch nicht, brauch diesen auch nicht, da ich den Mozilla verwende.
Was nervt ist dass der PC bei jedem herunterfahren 1 Update durchführt und beim nächsten Start viel länger braucht bis ich arbeiten kann.
Meine auch der Rechner ist insgesamt langsammer geworden.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit eine Einstellung zu machen, dass der IE sich nicht mehr updatet bzw. dass er stillgelegt oder deinstalliert wird?
PC wird meißt nur zum arbeiten genutzt und ab und an mal zum surfen im www.
Kann hier jemand einen Laien verständlich weiter helfen?

Der IE Explorer ist bestandteil des Systems und sollte immer aktuell gehalten werden weil auch andere Sachen über ihn laufen, versuche einmal den IE mauell zu downloaden und zu installieren:

Hatte das vergessen, habe schon versucht upzudaten ist aber immer fehlgeschlagen.
Dein Link war nicht die richtige Version von WIN 7 hat mich aber weiter zur MS Seite gelenkt,
heruntergeladen und installiert, Fehlermeldung Installation konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden!

in der Abhilfe stand diese IE11 log Datei um die Fehler zu erfahren, kann damit aber nichts anfangen.
Bin dann für heute weg, habe zur Zeit harte Arbeitstage, schaue morgen abend wieder rein wenn ich mich dazu überwinden kann!
