Keine Chance auf Windows Updates

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe folgendes Problem.
Ich hatte seit ca. Oktober das Problem, das bei mir immer ein Pop Up Fenster aufging, das die Windows eine Echtheitsprüfung haben will.
Dies habe ich leider erst gestern gemacht.Hatte den Laptop gebraucht gekauft. Den Laden gibts aber nicht mehr. Dachte deshalb,ich komme nicht mehr an den Key ran. Bis ich Ihn unter dem Laptop gefunden habe. Wusste nicht das er da draufklebt. Meine Doofheit.
Auf jeden Fall, kann ich nun keine Windows Updateas mehr laden. Es kommt dann immer eine Fehlermeldung.
Versucht habe ich schon die Softwaredistribution entfernung bzw. die Downloads davon löschen und nochmal versuchen.
Der sfc scannow brachte nur diese Fehlermeldung. Kann aber nicht in den Ordner,wo angeblich der Fehler angezeigt werden soll.
Ich bin ratlos. Würde mich über Hilfe freuen.
