zweitens fehlt dir das SP2. Dringend installieren!!
drittens Deinstalliere/entferne über Systemsteuerung/Software.
viertens Systemwiederherstellung aus, Rechner aus, Rechner an, Systemwiederherstellung wieder an.
Dann neues Logfile posten.
