mein Problem ist der wohl bekannte Bluescreen

"STOP: C0000135 The program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem"

jetzt habe ich das Tool drüberlaufen lassen und erhoffe mir hier Hilfe

Warum fehlen deiner Windows-Installation fast alle Updates? SP1 fehlt und Für W7 aktuell ist ist der IE11.

Der Rechner ist von einem Bekannten
Auf dem Rechner waren schonmal diverse Trojaner, konnte ich aber beim letzten Mal noch im Windows beheben.
Der User ist absoluter Anwender und hat die Updates wohl nicht gemacht.
Kann denn die Fehlermeldung auch andere Ursachen haben, im Internet findet man eigentlich immer die Rettung mit dem Tool.

Vllt zwei Einträge könnten auf Malware hinweisen. Sicher ist das aber nicht.
Wenn dein Bekannter schonmal Befall auf diesem System hatte wäre es von Vorteil zu wissen was wo gefunden wurde. Sonst kann niemand mehr nachvollziehen mit welcher Infektion man es zu tun hatte.

Warum fummelt ein absoluter Anwender ohne Ahnung an der Updateinstellung rum?? Windows ist normalerweise standardmäßig auf Update automatisch runterladen und automatisch ohne Nachfrage installieren gestellt!!

Funktioniert diese Windows-Installation noch im abgesicherten Modus mit Netzwerk?

Rechner startet nicht mehr, sondern bootet immer wieder im Kreis. Abgesichert, letzte bekannte Konf, alles schon ausprobiert.

Ok, dann probieren wir mal die Datei von der DVD in deine Windows-Installation zurückzupieren.

1. von der Windows-DVD booten
2. alles auf Deutsch stellen und weiter
3. unten auf Computerreparaturoptionen klicken
4. Option "Verwenden Sie Wiederherstellungstool, ..." wählen und unten auf Weiter klicken
5. Eingabeaufforderung

6. Dort folgende Befehle eingeben und mit der Eingabetaste ausführen (zur veranschaulichung ist unten ein Screenshot)

1. Befehl:

cd \windows\system32
         

2. Befehl:

copy usp10.dll c:\windows\system32
         

7. Computer neu starten und testen, ob Windows normal wieder hochfährt


BTW: kann es sein, dass ihr mit Malwarebytes gescannt habt vor ein paar Tagen? Lese, dass es in dieser Datei einen Fehlalarm gab und MBAM die entfernt hat.

Windows startet, aber schwarzer Bildschirm mit
Mauszeiger, konnte eben sogar mal das Windows Passwort eingeben.

Drücke Strg+Alt+Entf, dann Taskmanager

Dort oben auf Datei => neuer Task => explorer.exe => ok

Hat auch nicht reagiert. Ich habe ihn jetzt einfach mal so stehen lassen und dann ist er auch hochgefahren. Ist nur sehr langsam. mit chkdsk sind auch Fehler gefunden worden.



Ohne deine Hilfe hätte ich das nicht hinbekommen, Danke nochmals

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop: FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)

• Starte jetzt FRST.
• Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
• Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
• Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)
