DNS wird im Hintergrund auf 192.168.1.1 gesetzt

Hallo,

Wir haben ein Netzwerk mit einem Asus WL-500G Router (interne IP 192.168.42.1), dahinter mehrere Windows-Rechner in verschiedenen Haushalten. Auf einigen davon funktioniert seit einer circa einer Woche das Internet nicht mehr, konkret die Namensauflösung. Ipconfig /all zeigt an, dass der DNS auf 192.168.1.1 gesetzt ist, diese Adresse gibt es aber im internen Netz nicht. Die Rechner beziehen die IP-Daten via DHCP vom Router. Das Web-GUI des Routers zeigt die DNS-Server korrekt an. Wenn man auf den betroffenen Rechnern ipconfig /renew startet, dann werden die korrekten DNS-Server vom Router übernommen, aber nach einiger Zeit wird der DNS wieder auf 192.168.1.1 gesetzt. Manchmal unmittelbar nach dem ipconfig /renew, manchmal dauert es bis zu 30 Minuten. In dieser Zeit funktioniert die Namensauflösung, dann aber natürlich wieder nicht mehr.

Kennt jemand dieses Verhalten? Haben sich die betroffenen Rechner einen Virus eingefangen? Könnte der Router auch betroffen bzw. involviert sein?

Zusatzinfos: iOS-Geräte sind von dem Problem nicht betroffen, die kommen weiterhin ohne Probleme ins Internet. Leider habe ich noch keine vollständige Info ob alle Windows-Rechner im Netz betroffen sind, wie gesagt, unterschiedliche Haushalte. Der Rechner auf dem ich das Problem selbst behoben habe, ist auf jeden Fall mit einem aktuellen Norton Antivirus ausgestattet.

Bitte lade dir die passende Version von Farbar's Recovery Scan Tool auf deinen Desktop:

FRST 32-Bit | FRST 64-Bit
(Wenn du nicht sicher bist: Lade beide Versionen oder unter Start > Computer (Rechtsklick) > Eigenschaften nachschauen)

Starte jetzt FRST.
Ändere ungefragt keine der Checkboxen und klicke auf Untersuchen.
Die Logdateien werden nun erstellt und befinden sich danach auf deinem Desktop.
Poste mir die FRST.txt und nach dem ersten Scan auch die Addition.txt in deinem Thread (#-Symbol im Eingabefenster der Webseite anklicken)

Downloade dir bitte Farbar's MiniToolBox auf deinen Desktop und starte das Tool

Setze einen Haken bei folgenden Einträgen

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings

Danke vorab für deine Unterstützung!

Im Anhang die gewünschten Dateien.

Eine Zusatzinfo noch: wenn nach einen ipconfig /renew die richtigen DNS-Server übernommen werden, dauert es vielleicht ein bis zwei Minuten bis die Daten im Hintergrund wieder durch den falschen Wert 192.168.1.1 ersetzt werden. Die Namensauflösung funktioniert dann aber noch eine Weile länger, da werden wohl die korrekten Daten irgendwo noch zwischengespeichert. Spätestens nach einem Neustart geht es aber nicht mehr.

Wenn ich die Daten in der IP-Konfiguration manuell eintrage werden sie allerdings anscheinend nicht überschrieben, die Namensauflösung funktioniert dann dauerhaft.

So funktioniert es:

Die Logfiles anzuhängen oder sogar vorher in ein ZIP, RAR, 7Z-Archive zu packen erschwert mir massiv die Arbeit, es sei denn natürlich die Datei wäre ansonsten zu gross für das Forum. Um die Logfiles in eine CODE-Box zu stellen gehe so vor:

Markiere das gesamte Logfile (geht meist mit STRG+A) und kopiere es in die Zwischenablage mit STRG+C.
Klicke im Editor auf das #-Symbol. Es erscheinen zwei Klammerausdrücke [CODE] [/CODE].
Setze den Curser zwischen die CODE-Tags und drücke STRG+V.
Klicke auf Erweitert/Vorschau, um so prüfen, ob du es richtig gemacht hast. Wenn alles stimmt ... auf Antworten.

Ja, genau, der steht auf automatisch.

ipconfig /renew zeigt auch kurz die richtigen Adressen an. Wenn ich dann aber mit ipconfig /all den Wert wiederholt abfrage steht nach ein bis zwei Minuten wieder 192.168.1.1 drinnen. Meistens bleiben Gateway- und DHCP-Server korrekt, aber zweimal habe ich beobachtet, dass die auch auf 192.168.1.1 gesetzt wurden.

Leider steht da im Fixlog.txt dann nur ein Fehler, siehe weiter unten. Habe im Regedit nachgeschaut, der Wert NameServer ist vorhanden aber leer. Im Wert DhcpNameServer steht 192.168.1.1, also der falsche Wert.

Hallo Schrauber,

Problem ist gelöst! Einer der Netzwerkteilnehmer hat leider ohne nachzufragen einen WLAN-Router in unser Netzwerk genommen, und aus Versehen unser Netzwerk mit einem der normalen Netzwerkports des Routers verbunden, statt mit dem WAN-Port.

So war im Netz ein zweiter DHCP aktiv, der die falschen Daten übermittelt hat. Anscheinend kam vom richtigen DHCP-Server die Antwort zuerst, die Daten wurden dann aber recht schnell mit der Antwort des falschen Servers überschrieben.

Gott sei Dank scheint also kein Virus oder Trojaner am Werk gewesen zu sein.
