![]() | ![]() GVU Virus - Bundesamt für Sicherheit und Informationstechnik - kein abgesicherter Modus möglich FRST.txt vorhanden Hallo, Kurzbeschreibung des Problems: Beim Hochfahren des Laptops (Windows 7) wird man nach der Anmeldung kurzerhand mit einer Sperrseite des Bundesamtes für Sicherheit und Informationstechnik begrüßt. Ein Zugriff auf den Desktop, sowie den Taskmanager wird kurzerhand unterbunden und wieder geschlossen. Das Starten des Rechners im abgesicherten Modus fürt direkt zu der Meldung das dieser wieder heruntergefahren wird. Ich habe mich schon einmal hier etwas informiert und bin nun über die "Computerreparturoptionen" über "F8" beim Start des Rechners reingekommen. Ich habe daraufhin das Programm FRST über die Eingabeauforderung von einem USB-Stick starten können und ein erstes Logfile namens FRST.txt erstellt. Im grunde genommen geht es mir nur um die Möglichkeit die Daten auf dem Rechner sauber extern Sichern zu können, um in Anschluss die Acer Recovery auf dem Laptop auszuführen und diesen auf Auslieferungszustand zurückzusetzen. Da hier unter anderen der Hinweis stand, nicht im Blindflug anhand eines naheliegenden Problems aus einen anderen Beitrag weiter zu arbeiten, halte ich nun inne und poste hiermit den Inhalt des Logfiles von FRST mit bitte um weitere Unterstützung: Code:
