Mail Account verschickt automatisch Phishing Mails

Hallo,
ich hab ein Problem. Und zwar scheint mein Microsoft Mailaccount seit ein paar Tagen unfreiwillig bzw. automatisch Spam oder schlimmer noch Phishing Mails in meinem Namen an irgendwelche anderen Benutzer zu verschicken. Ich bekomme nämlich die letzten Nächte immer wieder Mails dieser Art:

Offenbar verschickt "mein Account" also PayPal Phishing Mails, in der die Empfänger anhand eines Links in der Mail dazu aufgefordert werden, ihre PayPal Daten im Zuge einer Kennwortänderung preiszugeben, was wirklich allerunterste Schublade ist!

Ich frage mich nun was da lost ist. Wurde mein Account gehackt? Habe ich Viren? Trojaner? Mein Antivirenprogramm (Avast) zeigt mir jedenfalls keinerlei Virenbefall oder sonstiges an.
Ich bitte höflichst um Aufklärung und Hilfe
