Hallo,

ich habe seit einigen Wochen ziemliche Probleme mit meiner Internet-Verbindung und will deswegen den PC komplett neu aufsetzen, um evtl. Schädlinge zu vernichten und wieder ein "sauberes" System zu haben.

Ich kann einen PC bedienen und komme auch mit den Programm klar, aber von allem was tiefer in die Materie geht, habe ich keine Ahnung

Betriebssystem: Windows 7 64-Bit Home

Bis jetzt habe ich nur eine Datensicherung und den Anti-Malware-Scan durchgeführt.

Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen, damit ich vorab alles schädliche vernichten kann und danach einen quasi "neuen" gut laufenden PC habe

wenn Du deine Daten gesichert hast brauchste eigentlich nur formatieren und neuaufsetzen. Wobei genau brauchste denn Hilfe?

Ich hab irgendwo mal gesehen, dass man erst evtl. Malere etc. entfernen soll (auch tiefer im System), damit nach dem neu Aufsetzen wirklich alles sauber ist.

Aber wenns einfach mit formatieren und aufsetzen erledigt ist, dann ist's ja super
