GVU Trojaner eingefangen


Hallo, wie der Titel schon sagt, habe ich mir den GVU Trojaner eingefangen....
Habe echt null Ahnung von PC und benötige deswegen eure Hilfe und bedanke mich schon im voraus !
Ich als Laie habe probiert über den abgesicherten Modus über die Systemwiederherstellung einen älteren Zeitpunkt aufzurufen... ohne glück, noch einen älteren Systemwiederherstellungszeitpunkt gewählt, wieder ohne glück....

Habe danach Malwarebytes über das System laufen lassen. Dabei wurden auch drei Dateien gefunden die ich mit dem Programm entfernt / verschoben (ich weiss es leider nicht genau tut mir leid) habe. Hier ist noch die log datei, die ich auf meine externe festplatte gespeichert habe, da ich ja keinen internetzugriff im abgesicherten Modus habe:

Danach habe ich das selbe auch beim GMER probiert allerdings kam dort die fehler meldung "Windows - Laufwerk nicht bereit Exception Processing Message c00000a3 Parameters 75b0b7c 4 75b0bf7c 75b0bf7c" Das Fenster ist mit den Möglichkeiten Abbrechen, Wiederholen und Weiter geöffnet.


Hoffe ihr könnt mir weiter helfen, danke schon einmal für die Mühe !

P.S. Ist es sicher mit der externen Festplatte weiter zu arbeiten oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit sicher im abgesicherten Modus ins Internet zu gehen??
