Ist nach einem Neustart Sophos wieder aktiv?

Nein,der Sophos antivirus scanner ist immer noch deaktiviert

Und wenn du versuchst in zu aktivieren, was passiert dann?

Wenn ich über das Startmenü -> Programme -> Sophos -> Sophos Endpoint Security and Control gehe, dann erscheint kurz ein Fenster, dass sich Sophos aktualisiert. Das Fenster verschwindet wieder und nichts passiert.

Wenn ich über den Explorer -> Programme in den Sophos-Ordner gehe, gibt es mehrere ausführbare Dateien. Hier weiß ich nicht, ob überhaupt und wenn ja welche Datei ich ausführen soll. Komischerweise haben die auch alle mehr oder weniger dasselbe Änderungsdatum.

Deinstalliere Sophos und installiere es neu.

Gibt es Probleme beim Abarbeiten obiger Anleitung?

Um Kapazitäten für andere Hilfesuchende freizumachen, lösche ich dieses Thema aus meinen Benachrichtigungen.
