Hi,

ich hab heute einen Brief der Telekom erhalten in dem ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht werde das an meinem Internetzugang ein Rechner betrieben wird der mit der Schadsoftware ZeuS/ZBot infiziert ist.

Genaueres steht nicht in dem Schreiben nur zwei Tipps zum entfernen (DE-Cleaner/Malewarebytes)

Wir besitzen zwei Laptops und einen Desktop PC die auf das Internet zugriff haben. Den Desktop PC schließe ich aus da ich erst vor einer Woche mein System neu gemacht habe.

erstelle otl logs der beiden anderen geräte, nummeriere die mit 2 bzw 3, damit das dann einfacher zu unterscheiden ist
und wenn du schon Malwarebytes laufen lässt, poste die funde, sonst ist das blöd mit der auswertung :-)
öffne außerdem avira, verwaltung, quarantäne, poste die fundmeldungen mit pfadangaben als text.
ebenfalls logs durch nummerieren mit 1 2 und 3
aber drauf achten das die nummerierungen immer gleichbleibend sind, also nicht das gerät im einen log die 3 hatt, im nächsten aber die 1.

noch was, in dem brief, steht da nen datum wann die zugriffe statt gefunden haben?

Malewarebytes Log kann ich nicht posten da der QuickScan bereits nach 4-5sec hängen bleibt und das Programm "Keine Rückmeldung" meldet.

In dem Brief stand kein genaues Datum hier mal die ersten Zeilen:

Ich betreibe aber kein Onlien Banking von keinem der Rechner!

Die Logs kann ich wie angefordert einstellen. Allerdings könnte das etwas dauern ..

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop

• Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.

Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.

Dann hab ich noch eine Frage. Ich hab nach ausführen des ComboFix auf allen Partitionen nun den Ordner RECYCLER und $RECYCLE.BIN. Wie bekomme ich die denn wieder ausgeblendet?

also ich sehe nichts von zeus /zbot
evtl. war der pc befallen, den du formatiert hattest.
frag mal bei der telekom nach, ob immernoch verdächtiger verkehr aus deinem netzwerk verzeichnet wird.
ich würde das ausblenden von versteckten dateien nicht wieder aktivieren.
es ist besser möglichst alles zu sehen was auf dem pc ist
