Hallo,

Ich habe einen Trojaner von der Bundespolizei auf dem Rechner, sodass ich weder normal noch im abgesicherten Modus hochfahren kann. Ich habe mit einer CD (RATOGO X PE) mein System gestartet.
Dann habe ich den Scan mit defogger durchgefuehrt und Re-enable nicht wieder angeklickt.
Danach habe ich noch die Scans mit OTL und GMER durchgef[hrt, wobei bei GMER eine Fehlermeldung (X:\i386\System32\config\szstem: the system cannot find the file specified) auftrat und das Programm anschliessend geschlossen wurde.
Im Spoiler ist die OTL.txt und im Anhang die defogger_disable.log und Extras.txt

Ich hoffe Ihr koennt mir weiter helfen.

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton. pc startet evtl. neu. wenn ja, nimm die cd aus dem laufwerk, windows sollte nun normal starten und die otl.txt öffnen,
log posten bitte.

Das Programm OTLPENet war auf der CD, also glaube ich nicht, dass ich jetzt irgendwo eine OTL.txt finden werde, die noch erstellt wurde.
Soll ich das Programm nochmal herunter laden und durchlaufen lassen oder kann ich auch einfach C:\ formatieren und neu installieren? Das hatte ich nämlich so wie so vor.

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!

4. alle Passwörter ändern!
5. nach PC Absicherung, die gesicherten Daten prüfen und falls sauber: zurückspielen.
6. werde ich dann noch was zum absichern von Onlinebanking mit Chip Card Reader + Star Money sagen.
