Hallo.
Ich habe seit gestern Abend eine Variante der ukash Malware, über die ich im Internet nichts finden konnte.
Ich habe ein Foto davon im Anhang hochgeladen.
Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows 7 64 bit.
Genauere Informationen, wie in den Einleitungsthreads empfohlen, kann ich leider nicht nennen, weil ich keine Programme, die solche Dinge auflisten ausführen kann, auch nicht im Abgesicherten Modus, da dieser auch davon befallen ist.
Dort wird zwar nicht das auf dem Bild zu sehene Fenster angezeigt, sondern eines das üblich ist, wenn man eine Website ohne Verbindung zum Internet aufrufen möchte.
Es funktioniert außer Strg+Alt+Entf keine Tastenkombination. Und auch dort kann ich den Task Manager nicht aufrufen. Der Bildschirm bleibt in dem Fall schwarz.
Da der abgesicherte Modus ebenso nicht verfügbar ist, konnte ich die üblichen empfohlenen Methoden nicht durchführen.
Ich habe allerdings eine F-Secure Rescue CD erstellt und über Nacht mein System prüfen lassen. Es wurden zwar Probleme gefunden und umbenannt, was allerdings absolut nichts geändert hat.
Auch funktionieren mögliche Lösungen nicht, die das booten von einem USB Stick aus beinhalten. Ich weiß nicht, ob es vorher schon so war, da ich es noch nie ausprobieren musste, aber wenn ich beim Systemstart einen USB Stick auswähle, fährt Windows ganz normal hoch. Als ich jedoch die Rescue CD benutzt habe, wurde diese ausgeführt.
Ich wollte dann noch eine CD mit OTLPENet erstellen. Doch wenn ich von der CD boote, wird dort sehr lange "Starting Reatogo-X-PE ..." angezeigt, anschließend sehe ich den Windows XP Boot-Bildschirm und ich erhalte einen Bluescreen (ebenfalls im Anhang zu sehen).

Ich hoffe, mir kann geholfen werden.

Mit einem sauberen 2. Rechner eine OTLPE-CD erstellen und den infizierten Rechner dann von dieser CD booten:

Falls Du kein Brennprogramm installiert hast, lade dir bitte ISOBurner herunter. Das Programm wird Dir erlauben, OTLPE auf eine CD zu brennen und sie bootfähig zu machen. Du brauchst das Tool nur zu installieren, der Rest läuft automatisch => Wie brenne ich eine ISO Datei auf CD/DVD.


Lade OTLPENet.exe von OldTimer herunter und speichere sie auf Deinem Desktop. Anmerkung: Die Datei ist ca. 120 MB groß und es wird bei langsamer Internet-Verbindung ein wenig dauern, bis Du sie runtergeladen hast.

• Wenn der Download fertig ist, mache einen Doppelklick auf die Datei und beantworte die Frage "Do you want to burn the CD?" mit Yes.
• Lege eine leere CD in Deinen Brenner.
• ImgBurn (oder Dein Brennprogramm) wird das Archiv extrahieren und OTLPE Network auf die CD brennen.
• Wenn der Brenn-Vorgang abgeschlossen ist, wirst Du eine Dialogbox sehen => "Operation successfully completed".
• Du kannst nun die Fenster des Brennprogramms schließen.

Bebilderte Anleitung: OTLpe-Scan

• Dein System sollte nach einigen Minuten den REATOGO-X-PE Desktop anzeigen.
• Mache einen Doppelklick auf das OTLPE Icon.
• Hinweis: Damit OTLPE auch das richtige installierte Windows scant, musst du den Windows-Ordner des auf der Platte installierten Windows auswählen, einfach nur C: auswählen gibt einen Fehler!
• Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load the remote registry", dann wähle Yes.
• Wenn Du gefragt wirst "Do you wish to load remote user profile(s) for scanning", dann wähle Yes.
• Vergewissere Dich, dass die Box "Automatically Load All Remaining Users" gewählt ist und drücke OK.
• OTLpe sollte nun starten.
• Drücke Run Scan, um den Scan zu starten.
• Wenn der Scan fertig ist, werden die Dateien C:\OTL.Txt und C:\Extras.Txt erstellt
• Kopiere diese Datei auf Deinen USB-Stick, wenn Du keine Internetverbindung auf diesem System hast.
• Bitte poste den Inhalt von C:\OTL.txt und Extras.txt.

Das habe ich auch schon probiert:

Ich wollte dann noch eine CD mit OTLPENet erstellen. Doch wenn ich von der CD boote, wird dort sehr lange "Starting Reatogo-X-PE ..." angezeigt, anschließend sehe ich den Windows XP Boot-Bildschirm und ich erhalte einen Bluescreen (ebenfalls im Anhang zu sehen).

Leider nicht sehr erfolgreich... Vielleicht gab es ein Problem beim Download oder beim Brennen. Ich werde das nochmal versuchen.

dieses speicherst du auf nem usb stick als fix.txt
nutze nun wieder OTLPENet.exe (starte also von der erstellten cd) und hake alles an, wie es bereits im post zu OTLPENet.exe beschrieben ist.
• Klicke nun bitte auf den Fix Button.
es sollte nun eine meldung ähnlich dieser: "load fix from file" erscheinen, lade also die fix.txt von deinem stick.
wenn dies nicht funktioniert, bitte den fix manuell eintragen.
dann klicke erneut den fix buton.

wenn der pc neustartet, wieder ins bios, von ide auf ahci bzw umgekehrt, einstellen, neustart ausführen, log posten
falls du keine symbole hast, dann rechtsklick, ansicht, desktop symbole einblenden

Drücke bitte die + E Taste.

• Öffne dein Systemlaufwerk ( meistens C: )
• Suche nun
  folgenden Ordner: _OTL und öffne diesen.
• Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner
• 
  Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
• Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel
  hoch. ( Durchsuchen --> C:\_OTL\Movedfiles.zip )

Habe ich einen schwarzen Bildschirm und einen Mauszeiger. Ich kann nur keinen Rechtsklick machen. Über Strg + Alt + Entf kann ich aber den Task Manager starten.
Ich hatte sogar das Werbe Popup von Antivir. Als ich den PC neustarten wollte, wurden dann aber Windows Updates beim Herunterfahren installiert, beim Hochfahren Konfiguriert. Das hat an dem schwarzen Bildschirm jedoch nichts geändert.

dann lädst du combofix, das befindet sich im standard ordner für downloads
diesen kannst du erreichen, wenn du wieder auf neuer task, durchsuchen gehst und es dann von dort aus startest, danach neustarten und gucken ob der rechtsklick geht + combofix log posten + upload durchführen.

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop

• Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.

Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.


Hinweis: Solltest du nach dem Neustart folgende Fehlermeldung erhalten

Es wurde versucht, einen Registrierungsschlüssel einem ungültigen Vorgang zu unterziehen, der zum Löschen markiert wurde.

starte den Rechner einfach neu. Dies sollte das Problem beheben.

Ich konnte über den Internet Explorer ComboFix herunterladen und ausführen. Nach dem Neustart funktioniert der Rechtsklick aber auch nicht. Auch sonst hat sich nichts geändert.
Jedoch war während des Vorgangs Antivir nicht ausgeschaltet. Dies wollte ich über den Taskmanager tun. Dabei erhielt ich jedoch die Meldung:
Abbrechen des Prozesses nicht möglich
Der Vorgang konnte nicht beendet werden.
Zugriff verweigert

Auch die Textdatei war nicht unter C:\Combofix.txt zu finden, sondern unter C:\Combofix\Combofix.txt, falls das irgendeine Rolle spielt

Die zuvor geforderten Dateien lade ich gleich hoch.
Nur der Pfad "E:\Users\name\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache" war nicht verfügbar, da dieser der USB Stick ist, den ich benutze. Ich habe selbigen Ordner des Laufwerks C:\ stattdessen genommen.

bitte hänge das combofix log mal an, danke außerdem für den upload.

Das oben war der Inhalt der einzigen "Combofix.txt", die ich finden konnte.

Falls es doch wichtig sein sollte, die .txt zu haben, hab ich sie dann noch als Datei hochgeladen.

führe das programm noch mal im abgesicherten modus mit netzwerk, bei pc start über f8 zu erreichen, aus
das programm ist nicht richtig durchgelaufen.
