Hallo,

ich habe, wie auch schon andere hier in diesem Forum, das Problem, dass mein web.de-Acount automatisch Spammails an einige Personen aus meinem Adressbuch verschickt hat. Dies ist bisher einmal aufgetreten. Ich habe daraufhin mein Passwort geändert. Ansonsten habe ich keine Auffälligkeiten an meinem PC feststellen können. Dennoch macht mir Sorgen, dass ich mir eventuell einen Trojaner eingefangen habe. Ich würd mich daher über Hilfe von euch freuen.

Ich nutze Win 7 32bit, Firefox, Windows Firewall und MS Security Essentials.

Defogger hat keine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben.

Bitte erstmal routinemäßig einen Vollscan mit Malwarebytes machen und Log posten. =>ALLE lokalen Datenträger (außer CD/DVD) überprüfen lassen!
Denk daran, dass Malwarebytes vor jedem Scan manuell aktualisiert werden muss!

Die Funde mit Malwarebytes bitte alle entfernen, sodass sie in der Quarantäne von Malwarebytes aufgehoben werden! NICHTS voreilig aus der Quarantäne entfernen!

Falls Logs aus älteren Scans mit Malwarebytes vorhanden sind, bitte auch davon alle posten!



ESET Online Scanner

• Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
• Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
• Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
• Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
• Klicke auf Starten.
• Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
• Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
• Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
• Explorer öffnen.
• C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
• Logfile hier posten.
• Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.

Malwarebytes erstellt bei jedem Scanvorgang genau ein Log. Hast du in der Vergangenheit schonmal mit Malwarebytes gescannt?
Wenn ja dann stehen auch alle Logs zu jedem Scanvorgang im Reiter Logdateien. Bitte alle posten, die dort sichtbar sind.

Wurde das Passwort vom Mailkonto geändert?
Wenn nein: Bitte umgehend jetzt machen!

Wenn ja: Hattest du ein zu einfaches Passwort? Beschreib mal wie das Passwort vorher war, also Länge und Zeichensatz.
Ein schwaches Passwort besteht zB nur aus kleinen Buchstaben oder nur aus Zahlen und ist kürzer als 8 Stellen.

Das Passwort hatte ich schon geändert. Das war vorher in der Tat einfach gestrickt, 8 Zeichen und nur Kleinbuchstaben.

Ok, beobachte mal ob das Problem nach der Passwortänderung noch auftritt

Ich hätte noch eine Frage. Ich habe noch einen zweiten PC, von dem ich ebenfalls E-Mails von meinem web.de-Account abgerufen habe. Ich hab das System mal mit Malwarbytes gescannt, und es wurde eine infizierte Datei gefunden. Kann ich das Log auch in diesem Thread inkl. defooger.log usw. posten oder soll ich dazu einen neuen Thread starten?
