Nach Kaspersky Rescue CD sind alle Daten gelöscht.

Hallo zusammen,

heute hatte ich , während ich im Internet gesurft habe, folgende Meldung erhalten:

Windows Lizenz abgelaufen,
eigentlich ähnlich wie bei dem BKA-Virus.

Windows hat nach dem Start direkt auf diesen Bildschirm verwiesen und auch im abgesichtern Modus funktioniert nichts mehr.

Man riet mir, dass ich die Kaspersky Rescue CD laufen lassen sollte. Das habe ich auch getan.
Es wurden 6 Viren gefunden, die ich auch gelöscht habe. hier der Report:

Danach hat Windows normal gestartet. ABER

Alle Daten sind nicht mehr zu verwenden oder die Bilder sind weg.

Vor den Dateien steht z.b.: LOCKED-Dateiname.Dateiendung.lftz
Die Endungen variieren: z.B. .nkqz oder tppf.

Ändere ich die Dateiendung ab, kann ich diese trotzdem nicht öffnen.

Es handelt sich um die unterschiedlichsten Dateien, Word Excel Solitärsicherungen etc.

Für eure Hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Malwarebytes erstellt bei jedem Scanvorgang genau ein Log. Hast du in der Vergangenheit schonmal mit Malwarebytes gescannt?
Wenn ja dann stehen auch alle Logs zu jedem Scanvorgang im Reiter Logdateien. Bitte alle posten, die dort sichtbar sind.

Ich habe nochmal mit meine Eltern gesprochen, (1 Mannfirma), Sie wären aufjedenfall bereit eine Spende einzurichten.
Eine Neuinstallation soll so oder so kommen. Das Problem sind die hinterlegten Daten, die dringend ausgedrückt werden müssen.

Wie geschrieben, würde es mich und freuen, wenn mir jemand helfen kann.
@cosinus in der Email an Markusg (?) war klar, das es sich um eine Firma handelt. Daher hatte ich es hier nicht mehr geschrieben.

Hier findest du eine bebilderte Anleitung zu ESET Online Scanner
Lade und starte Eset Online Scanner
Setze einen Haken bei Ja, ich bin mit den Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden und klicke auf Starten.
Aktiviere die "Erkennung von eventuell unerwünschten Anwendungen" und wähle folgende Einstellungen.
Klicke auf Starten.
Die Signaturen werden heruntergeladen, der Scan beginnt automatisch.
Klicke am Ende des Suchlaufs auf Fertig stellen.
Schließe das Fenster von ESET.
Explorer öffnen.
C:\Programme\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt (bei 64 Bit auch C:\Programme (x86)\Eset\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt) suchen und mit Deinem Editor öffnen (bebildert).
Logfile hier posten.
Deinstallation: Systemsteuerung => Software / Programme deinstallieren => Eset Online Scanner V3 entfernen.
Manuell folgenden Ordner löschen und Papierkorb leeren => C:\Programme\Eset

Wir hatten einen Trauerfall in der Familie und daher konnte ich mich ein paar Tage nicht hier online sein.
Jetzt bin ich aber wieder hier und kümmere mich um mein Sorgenkind.

Hätte da mal zwei Fragen bevor es weiter geht

1.) Geht der normale Modus uneingeschränkt?
2.) Vermisst du irgendwas im Startmenü? Sind da leere Ordner unter alle Programme oder ist alles vorhanden?

Hast du in der Vergangenheit schonmal mit Malwarebytes gescannt? Wenn ja dann stehen auch alle Logs zu jedem Scanvorgang im Reiter Logdateien.
