Bin neu hier und möchte euch alle erstmal Grüßen.
Ich hoffe ich mache alles richtig. Bitte habt Nachsicht wenn ich mich nicht Regelkomform verhalte. Habe einen Windows Xp Rechner. Ich glaube ich habe mir ein Virus oder Trojaner eingefangen. Nun habe ich mit OTL einen Report erstellt in der Hoffnung das ihr mir weiter helfen könnt. Nach kurzer Zeit des hochfahrens meines Rechners kommt ein Bild mit der Aufforderung das ich eine
Virusprogramm runtereladen soll welches 50 euro kostet. Ich komme nicht aus dem Bild raus und muss den NEtzstecker herausziehen. Nun bin ich im Abgesicherten Modus drin und habe den Report eingefügt. Wie werde ich diese Plage wieder los. Bitte um hilfe.OTL Logfile:

WICHTIG - Speichere Combofix auf deinem Desktop

• Deaktiviere bitte all deine Anti Viren sowie Anti Malware/Spyware Scanner. Diese können Combofix bei der Arbeit stören.

Starte die Combofix.exe und folge den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.

Wenn Combofix fertig ist, wird es eine Logfile erstellen. Bitte poste die C:\Combofix.txt in deiner nächsten Antwort.

Also ich habe mein Antivirus Programm geschlossen aber irgendwie sagt der combofix das es immer noch aktiviert ist und ich es schließen soll. Unter Systemsteuerung Software habe ich das Antivir Programm gelösch aber da ist eine Virus Programm das nicht in Systemsteuerung Programme auftaucht und ich kann es nicht deinstlieren. Es handelt sich um Antivir Desktop. Gibt es eine möglichkeit es zu deaktiveren.

Also nach langem Warten hat combofile versucht das System wiederherzustellen. Ein Logfile hat es nicht erstellt.Nach Neustart kam der Fehler wieder. Nun das ganze Spiel von vor. Nun bin ich wieder im Abgesichterten Modus.
