Hallo allerseits,
wie schon im Titel zu lesen ist, habe ich seit gestern Abend ein kleines Problem. Plötzlich kam der schwarze Bildschirm mit der Aufforderung 50 EUR zu bezahlen. Nichts ging mehr. Dann habe ich festgestellt, dass nur das benutzte Admin-Konto betroffen ist. Die beiden anderen Konten funktionieren einwandfrei.

Combofix darf ausschließlich ausgeführt werden, wenn dies von einem Team Mitglied angewiesen wurde!
Es sollte nie auf eigene Initiative hin ausgeführt werden! Eine falsche Benutzung kann ernsthafte Computerprobleme nach sich
ziehen und eine Bereinigung der Infektion noch erschweren.

Hallo,
in Malwarebytes ist nur diese eine Logdatei vorhanden. Diese wurde wohl nach dem Scan mit OTL aber vor dem einfügen der von Dir erhaltenen Daten in die Textbox von OTL erstellt. Ist das so in ordnung oder muß ich eine neue Logdatei mit Malwarebytes erstellen? Nach dem Vollscan mit Malwarebytes habe ich noch eine andere Textdatei erhalten, die ich ebenfalls mal gepostet habe.

haken bei mcafee security scan raus nehmen

bitte auch mal den adobe reader wie folgt konfigurieren:
adobe reader öffnen, bearbeiten, voreinstellungen.
allgemein:
nur zertifizierte zusatz module verwenden, anhaken.
internet:
hier sollte alles deaktiviert werden, es ist sehr unsicher pdfs automatisch zu öffnen, zu downloaden etc.
es ist immer besser diese direkt abzuspeichern da man nur so die kontrolle hat was auf dem pc vor geht.
bei javascript den haken bei java script verwenden raus nehmen
bei updater, automatisch instalieren wählen.
übernehmen /ok

deinstaliere:
QuickTime
Uniblue : finger weg von solchem misst, bringt nichts, und eine falsche löschung und das system bootet nicht mehr.

öffne otl, bereinigen neustart.
öffne CCleaner analysieren, ccleaner starten, pc neustarten.
testen wie das system läuft.

Abschließend wollte ich noch fragen, ob ich beim defogger diesen Re-enable-Button noch drücken muß. Wie nennt sich dieses Anhängsel denn eigentlich, das ich mir da eingefangen hatte? Kann ich mir so einen Mist nur einfangen, wenn ich als Admin unterwegs bin oder auch als unberechtigter User?

So wie es aussieht hast Du mich vor einer von vielen Verlusten gezeichneten Neuinstallation bewahrt. Dafür möchte ich mich nochmals recht herzlich bedanken.
