Hallo liebe Community.

Eigentlich dachte ich immer aufgrund meines Wissens und meiner gesunden Vorsicht könnte ich mir sowas nicht einfangen,aber entweder haben die Kinder irgendwas angeklickt oder ich bin einfach nur ratlos wie das passieren konnte.

So ein Fenster wie oben beschrieben stand immer auf dem Desktop Achtung ! Computer wurde gesperrt..... ich denkedas ist hier sicher sehr bekannt,oder?

Ich weiß nicht wieviel Arten es davon gibt oder wie das genau heißt ,würde mich aber sehr interessieren.
Und vor allem wie kann der auftreten ohne das was installiert wird?...nur durch surfen alleine?

Was besitze ich:
Ich besitze Windows 7 (64bit) neuste Update,Firewall an,und Windows Sec.Essentials drauf (neuste Update)

Ok was habe ich schon getan:
Ich konnte den Taskmanager öffnen,und einen Neustart erzwingen,und habe mit F8 dann im Abgesicherten Modus eine Seite hier im Forum gefunden.
Dann habe ich die OTL.exe downgeloaded einen Scan gemacht

• Öffne dein Systemlaufwerk ( meistens C: )
• Suche nun
  folgenden Ordner: _OTL und öffne diesen.
• Mache einen Rechtsklick auf den Ordner Movedfiles --> Senden an --> Zip-Komprimierter Ordner
• 
  Dies wird eine Movedfiles.zip Datei in _OTL erstellen
• Lade diese bitte in unseren Uploadchannel
  hoch. ( Durchsuchen --> C:\_OTL\Movedfiles.zip )

Ich denke das wird sicher keiner zugeben,aber hier ist das nicht der Fall wobei ich nur für mich sprechen kann,ich werde mit den Kindern aber noch reden.
Und Pornoseiten sind auch tabu!
Ich weiß das Youtube viel genutzt wird ,oder eben Kinotrailerseiten falls das weiterhilft.

Hatte ich eigentlich getan,aber ich habe den Befehl nochmal eingefügt und das Fix ausgeführt.

bitte auch mal den adobe reader wie folgt konfigurieren:

allgemein:
nur zertifizierte zusatz module verwenden, anhaken.
internet:
hier sollte alles deaktiviert werden, es ist sehr unsicher pdfs automatisch zu öffnen, zu downloaden etc.
es ist immer besser diese direkt abzuspeichern da man nur so die kontrolle hat was auf dem pc vor geht.
bei javascript den haken bei java script verwenden raus nehmen
bei updater, automatisch instalieren wählen.

Ok ,habe ich alles gemacht ,der PC läuft eimwandfrei also wie geschmiert,dafür erstmal tausend Dank.

So jetzt habe ich noch eine Frage an dich als Fachmann.

Ich sehe ja zu das alles immer upgedatet ist ,also Betriebssystem und Windows Security Essentials.Firewall ist auch an.

1.)Filtert M.S.Essentials eigentlich keine Malware oder doch?

2.)Kann ich noch etwas nebenher laufen lassen,also zusätzlich,oder beißen sich die Programme zu sehr?.......also sowas wie M.Anti.Malware oder ähliches,eine Empfehlung wäre super?

3.)Ich habe mir letztes Jahr Norton Antivirus 2010 Kompakt Edition gekauft.Soll ich die lieber installieren und updaten auf ein größeres Paket ?

windows updates sind schon mal gut, aber du hast ja noch mehr software die ebenfalls aktuell sein muss.
ich persönlich würde eher auf emsisoft setzen, gefällt mir besser.
tipps zum absichern bekommst du.
als antimalware programm würde ich emsisoft empfehlen.
diese haben für mich den besten schutz kostet aber etwas.

Starte bitte mit der Passage, Windows Vista und Windows 7
Bitte beginne damit, Windows Updates zu instalieren.
Am besten geht dies, wenn du über Start, Suchen gehst, und dort Windows Updates eingibst.
Prüfe unter "Einstellungen ändern" dass folgendes ausgewählt ist:
- Updates automatisch Instalieren,
- Täglich
- Uhrzeit wählen
- Bitte den gesammten rest anhaken, außer:
- detailierte benachichtungen anzeigen, wenn neue Microsoft software verfügbar ist.
Klicke jetzt die Schaltfläche "OK"
Klicke jetzt "nach Updates suchen".
Bitte instaliere zunächst wichtige Updates.
Es wird nötig sein, den PC zwischendurch neu zu starten. falls dies der Fall ist, musst du erneut über Start, Suchen, Windows Update aufrufen, auf Updates suchen klicken und die nächsten instalieren.
Mache das selbe bitte mit den optionalen Updates.
Bitte übernimm den rest so, wie es im Abschnitt windows 7 / Vista zu lesen ist.
aus dem Abschnitt xp, bitte den punkt "datenausführungsverhinderung, dep" übernehmen.

Sandboxie
Die devinition einer Sandbox ist hier nachzulesen:

Kurz gesagt, man kann Programme fast 100 %ig isuliert vom System ausführen.

Der Vorteil liegt klar auf der Hand, wenn über den Browser Schadcode eingeschläust wird, kann dieser nicht nach außen dringen.

bitte folgende zusatz konfiguration machen:
sandboxie control öffnen, menü sandbox anklicken, defauldbox wählen.
dort klicke auf sandbox einstellungen.
beschrenkungen, bei programm start und internet zugriff schreibe:
chrome.exe
dann gehe auf anwendungen, webbrowser, chrome.
dort aktiviere alles außer gesammten profil ordner freigeben.
Wie du evtl. schon gesehen hast, kannst du einige Funktionen nicht nutzen.
Dies ist nur in der Vollversion nötig, zu deren Kauf ich dir rate.
Du kannst zb unter "Erzwungene Programmstarts" festlegen, dass alle Browser in der Sandbox starten.
Ansonsten musst du immer auf "Sandboxed webbrowser" klicken bzw Rechtsklick, in Sandboxie starten.
Eine lebenslange Lizenz kostet 30 €, und ist auf allen deinen PC's nutzbar.

Backup Programm:
in meiner Anleitung ist bereits ein Backup Programm verlinkt, als Alternative bietet sich auch das Windows eigene Backup Programm an:
Windows 7 Systemabbild erstellen (Backup)
Dies ist aber leider nur für Windows 7 Nutzer vernünftig nutzbar.
Alle Anderen sollten sich aber auf jeden fall auch ein Backup Programm instalieren, denn dies kann unter Umständen sehr wichtig sein, zum Beispiel, wenn die Festplatte einmal kaputt ist.

Zum Schluss, die allgemeinen sicherheitstipps beachten, wenn es dich betrifft, den Tipp zum Onlinebanking beachten und alle Passwörter ändern

surfe jetzt also nur noch im standard nutzer konto und dort in der sandbox.
wenn du die kostenlose version nutzt, dann mit klick auf sandboxed web browser, wenn du die bezahlversion hast, kannst du erzwungene programm starts festlegen, dann wird Sandboxie immer gestartet wenn du nen browser aufrufst.
wenn du mit der maus über den browser fährst sollte der eingerahmt sein, dann bist du im sandboxed web browser

Also als erstes möchte ich mich nochmal für die tolle,hingebungsvolle und hilfreiche Arbeit bedanken.
Die tägliche Arbeit die Du (ihr) hier leistet ist Wahnsinn.

Wenn man so das Forum sieht und liest,scheint es so als ob gerade eine Welle von Trojanern und Malware unterwegs wäre,aber das könnt ihr ja besser beurteilen.

Leider hatte ich ,in der kürze der Zeit,nicht die Möglichkeit die mit deinen Vorschlägen von Programmen den Rechner zusätzlich zu sichern.

Der Rechner lief nach deinen Anweisungen wieder richtig rund,und das Problem war weg.

Ja ich trau mich das eigentlich gar nicht zu schreiben,aber ich habe wieder das Fenster.

Ein neues diesmal,und ich sage gleich dabei,auch wenn es jetzt nicht hilfreich ist,das die Kinder jetzt erstmal Rechner Verbot haben.

Ich betone hier extra ganz deutlich um deine Arbeit hervorzuheben,das der Rechner gut lief.
Ich konnte nicht viel testen,aber der Eindruck war stabil.

Das ist alles sehr komisch ,da der Rechner nachdem das Fenster erste mal erschienen ist und ich einen Neustart gemacht habe ,Windows Sec.Essentials
einen Fund gemeldet hat und eine Bedrohung angeblich blockiert haben soll.
Ich kam auf den Desktop normal,und meine OTL.exe war weg.
Die habe ich mir neu heruntergeladen und den von dir angegebenen Text
unten in der OTL ausgeführt.

Nach dem erneuten Neustart war das Fenster wieder da!
Das neue Fenster ist Gema ....und ich komme nun nicht mal mehr im "Abgesic
herten Modus mit Netzwerktreibern" auf den Desktop.

Ich weiß wie verzweifelnt das für helfende Hände wie Dich es sein muss,aber ich bin absolut ratlos ob es etwas verstecktes war oder was neues.
Ich kann nur hoffen das Du mir weiter helfen kannst.

Ich habe die Möglichkeit ja mit Windows den Computer zu reparieren,oder die letzte bekannte funktionierende Konfiguration zu nehmen,aber das wird wohl nicht viel bringen oder?
