Laptop mal langsam, mal schnell.

Hallo,
seitdem ich 147 Viren entfernt hatte und Avira Anti Vir meine Fehler "repariert" hatte, ist mein Notebook mal langsam, mal schnell, weiß hier jemand vielleicht Bescheid? ich bin ratlos..

Ich freue mich auf Antworten.
